    Overcharged me $400 and sent me the wrong item. Then refused to pay for return shipping costs for their mistake, kept throwing the return policy in my face even though I was returning an item I was sent in error.

    The company is legit, their items anre authentic, impeccable and great. The shopping experience is smooth and easy. I however decided to give them 1 ?? star, because their customer service is horrible, not friendly and absolutely rude! You got a great business, train and control your people, their attitude and behavior strongly impacts negatively your brand and reputation!!!

    As always I love what I choose from this web. I had in the past and this time was for myself, the perfumes are amazing same the ones I bought for Christmas presents. Thank you. Your products are what is advertised and the prices are so good. ?? I have bought UGG boots, perfumes, glasses and all are with no regrets always amazing!!!! ?? I am very happy what I get Always!!!!

    From start to finish experience was good. I ordered ********** sunglasses after reading positive reviews. I was, however, somewhat apprehensive to see if the glasses would be original, in the proper Ray *** packing etc. I was happily surprised that the sunglasses were original in the Ray *** packaging etc etc. Will definitely shop there again. Communications were also very good with emails on purchase, receipt and shipping. All the trash talk with regards fakes was not applicable in this case.

    I have purchased two timepieces from Jomashop, one for me and one for my wife, on two separate occasions. Both purchases were authentic and hassle-free with fast shipping. I will continue to consider future purchases with Jomashop.

    Very good grey market/after market seller. They sell authentic products that authorized dealer can't sell and offload to joma. So rest assured that the products you are paying for is real. They also sell some retail products too that is not grey market. Overall i have good experience with them. Fast shipping too.

    They are selling fake watches and getting away with it. Why do you think prices are so low? Also if you go on trustpilot they are paying for 5 star reviews as every single positive review is from an account posting a single review. They have a very elaborate operation happening where they've actually managed to look legit while selling counterfeit merchandise. I might take this up with the ****
