    I had a horrible experience with customer service. I had bought two items and paid through PayPal. I was charged for one item as the second item was backordered. After 3 weeks I had not received my backordered item. I called Jomashop and the lady said the item should be in any day. A couple days later Jomashop invoiced me for the backordered item. I sent them payment through PayPal and a day later received an email that my order was not going to be shipped. I called them and asked for a refund. The rude customer service lady said they did not bill me so she was not refunding me my money. I emailed Jomashop again with the paid PayPal invoice. Called them again and they refused to reimburse me! I emailed them threatening to call BBB and Atty ******* ****** if I did not receive my refund and finally a few days later the money was refunded! Horrible customer service!!!

    Purchased a $1500 watch and it came working for 1 day. During that 1 day I resized it. Next day stopped working. Was told replace battery. Replaced battery still not working. Now its in repair with an estimated time of 12 weeks. Was a birthday gift. How do u send a]out a defective item and then let the customer wait 3 mi this for repair.

    I've been buying from Jomashop for seven years. The first product I bought was an Omega Speedmaster. I bought it Nov 7, 2016, and I paid $3350. It came new with box and papers. I wore it daily for three years until it had a winding problem, whereupon I sent it to Swatch/Omega for servicing. Since then, I've bought five more watches and three sunglasses from Jomashop. In total, I've spent a little over $8000 with Jomashop. As far as customer experience goes, I've had a couple minor surprises, but never had a problem. One time in 2020, two days after placing an order for two watches, I received an email that one watch was on its way but the other watch was back-ordered. I didn't recall seeing on the website that the watch wasn't in stock, but the order said it usually ships within two weeks. A second email two days after the order email mentioned I wouldn't be charged for the back-ordered watch until they were able to ship it to me. Another two days later, they notified me that they shipped the watch. Another time, I ordered a watch that I knew wasn't in stock and back-ordered. The order email mentioned that it would ship in three to five weeks - they shipped it in four.Overall, I've had great service from Jomashop. The products I've received are genuine, in new condition, and packaged well. Jomashop usually ships cards and fun stickers along with the product. I don't have much use for those, but that little extra expense on their part tells me they care about what they're doing. I'll keep buying from Jomashop.

    I found a great deal on my favorite cologne by *************** and saved a bundle. Additionally, the company offers great shipping/tracking/insurance. So, if you are looking for great deals similar to this, check them out!

    Love my perfume that i ordered 100 perfect authentic and smells so good, shipping was fairly quick and I got updates on my tracking all the time . Would definitely order from here again

    Please dont purchase from this company. They have taken a turn for the worse. They sent me a defective watch and refuse to refund me. You will be taking a big chance purchasing the defective senconds that they are now pushing. The customer service agents do not care and actually will hang up on you while youre talking.

    ****** shipping protection is automatically selected and is rather small on the checkout page making it easy to miss. It's intentional dark design to nickle and dime customers out of a their hard earned dollars. If you use Paypal to check out it's even easier to miss since it autofills everything for you.
