  My first purchase from the website was smooth and on time. I ordered my watch with shipping to ******** and received it within 1 week. Just had to go to the ************** to sort an internal number so that they can free my delivery because I paid the tax through the website.

  On two occasions I received two boxes of damaged perfumes. The first I did not send a message because the perfume was for me, but this second time another box arrived damaged.I resell perfumes and I can't sell something that is damaged.Customer service was not helpful at all.

  I recently purchased a watch valued at over $2,500, selecting next-day delivery due to my travel schedule and based on assurances from a Jomashop salesperson. However, my order was not shipped on time, despite my wire transfer being received promptly.I asked Jomashop to forward my order with expedited shipping to my hotel. Several representatives confirmed that it had been shipped on time, but tracking information contradicted this. After numerous calls with different agents, a manager eventually admitted that watch was not shipped and promised a refund.It's been two weeks since I placed an order and I still have no watch and no refund. This experience shows that misleading customers is a corporate practice at Jomashop and its shipping department is operated poorly.I strongly advise against doing business with Jomashop.

  Their warranty is utterly worthless, and their customer support is beyond frustrating.First off, I had a watch that was still under warranty, and it needed some repairs. I thought, no problem, I'll just contact Jomashop and get it sorted. Oh, how naive I was! They refuse to fix my watch, even though it's well within the warranty period. It's like they don't even care about their customers once they've made a sale.So, I thought I'd send them an email to try to resolve the issue. Guess what? They don't answer emails, at least not in a reasonable amount of time. I waited weeks for a response, and nothing. It's like shouting into the void.Desperate for a solution, I decided to use their "request repair" form on their website. Well, surprise, surprise, that thing doesn't work either! I filled it out multiple times, and each time it just seemed to disappear into the internet black hole. Zero response.Finally, after pulling my hair out in frustration, I decided to give them a call. They did answer the phone, but that's where any semblance of helpfulness ended. Instead of actually trying to resolve my issue, they told me to wait for an email response within 24 hours and to check my spam folder. I followed their instructions to the letter, and guess what? The email never came! It's almost like they're intentionally avoiding customers. Happens every time you contact them.This kind of treatment is unacceptable, especially when you're dealing with expensive products like watches. Jomashop has proven time and time again that they have zero regard for their customers once they've made a sale. I've never encountered such a lack of professionalism and customer care in my life.If you value your time, money, and sanity, stay far, far away from Jomashop. Their warranty is a joke, and their customer service is an infuriating exercise in futility. I wouldn't wish this experience on my worst enemy.
