    I'd strongly recommend to stay away . Couple weeks age I purchased a Burberry purse as a gift for my wife. Upon receiving the item, it was missing an outer box (it came in generic craft box), the warranty/ brand paperwork which is common with high end purses, and dust bag has noticeable stains on it. Not something you expect when buying $1000+ purse. this definitely felt like an "open box" item. Reached out to customer service, provided required proof, and what i got was a generic copy-paste reply that didn't address my concerns. I was offered to return purse for them to "investigate" , with me paying for shipping. customer service rep ******* R) didn't even bother to look at pictures or read my comments. The dismissive attitude of the customer service rep was greater insult than fact that i got an " open box" item instead of a new one. Mistakes do happen, i understand that, but having employees like Shadey to disregard customers legitimate complains is not acceptable. Ive gotten better customer service at ******. Bottom line - the discount you get buy form Jomashop not worth the degrading service you woudl recive if you happen to have an issue with the order.

    This is the place to seek for a second price alternative, accurate descriptions, quality products, certificate brands, easiness for ordering, and good tracking system. I personally keep it as online department store where I confirm what I want buy it. Never had any issue with past orders.

    I was happy to see and appreciated how fast my credit was approved and how I can make payments which will be no problems as the $$ will always be in my acct to be withdrawn as scheduled. I also appreciated how timely as said that I received my watch,which I just love and in the future will make more purchases when I see something that I like, but the only problem was I missed my discount.. Thank you very much for your business.

    Never had any issue with order. Everything that i have bought is authentic. I have seen reviews about items take along time to deliver but i would said to always check delivery time before add into cart.

    Jomashop.com is a GREAT place to buy your favorite perfumes, the selection is excellent and prices ( especially sales) are outstanding! I have purchased many bottles of perfume and the shipping was timely and accurate to my order! Did not experience any issues with customer service, pleasant online place to shop.

    These perfumes are fake. You guys may give the real deal to content creators. I ordered ***** and all you smell is strong alcohol than a whiff of peach then the smell is completely gone. I will never buy from you guys again. They also make it hard for you to get a refund
