    Bad experience. Very disappointed and frustrated.I was wait fort part of my order for over a month and when I inquired regarding shipping date I was told that my order was canceled they did not even let me know.

    It's difficult to understand how Jomashop remains operational. Potential customers should be cautious and read reviews before placing orders. Here's my experience:On April 23rd, I placed and paid for an order with an additional fee for 2-day shipping, as I will be out of state by May 2nd. The day after placing the order, I contacted customer service and initially received a generic response from a chatbot named Shadey R, stating that the "Revue ******* Airspeed Chronograph Automatic Black Dial Men's Watch" would ship within 1-3 business days.I attempted to call customer service several times during their stated hours (Mon-Thurs: 9 am - 6 pm EST, Fri: 9 am - 3 pm EST), but consistently received a message stating the office was closed, which seemed unusual for the business.I sent a polite email to inquire about the status of my order and repeatedly received responses from another chatbot named *****, indicating I would be notified once my order was processed and approved.On April 25th, a live representative finally answered my call, seemed unaware of any issues, and promised to check with the warehouse about shipping. Despite my explanation of needing the order before May 2nd and the representative's assurance that it would be shipped in time with a tracking number and status update provided to me, I received no further communication.As of today, April 30th, I am still unable to reach ******** during business hours I receive a message that the office is closed. The chatbot ***** continues to respond with the same message that I will be notified once the order is processed, and a different chatbot claims my order will ship within 1-3 business days.This raises a concern: if Jomashop cannot afford to staff customer service adequately and relies on chatbots for generic responses, why do they remain in business?

    I purchased a ***** sunglasses about a month and a half ago. When product arrived after opening a package i immediately noticed that something is not right with the product. it was so noticeable that sunglasses are twisted like they melted at one time.Over the years i owned a lot of different designer sunglasses and I never saw nothing like this what makes me question authenticity of the product.So, I called customer service to talked to them and see what options are there.They did not offer replacement or substitute.I had to create return online and they were going to ship me a return label.I sent package and since then nothing ...crickets!!Tried to call .... phone lines are closed during work hours.Chat is automated and cannot help.I finally got answer to one of my emails saying they have to inspect the product.I wish they were this thorough before they shipped defective product.way into second month i still did not get refund and i do not have a product that i really wanted but turned into nightmare dealing with this seller..

    Buyer beware!! I purchased perfume from Jomashop on 4/1/24. I received it 2 weeks later. This is a perfume I have been wearing for a long time. This bottle I received is FAKE! I emailed with proof that it was not authentic and have been ghosted since providing proof. It's not worth trying to save money on these grey market sites. You get what you pay for. ****** learned.

    Ive purchased three watches from Jomashop. $400,$600, and $850. The $850 Mido automatic chronograph arrived faulty, and I sent back for a refund, purchasing the $600 watch instead (I was traveling a week later for over a month, and needed a watch). Jomashop was not going to give me a refund for the broken chronograph (mechanical failure/jamming) saying that it was used. The band had some wrinkles on it, which is how it arrived to me. It was only when I told them I purchased using PayPal and I will receive a refund if they like it or not, that they then gave me a refund. I would have loved this group if they didnt mess me around on a refund, when they sent me a faulty watch in the first place. The other two watches have been going great, without issue. All three are automatic mechanical watches. With my daily wear the $600 watch being around +- 2seconds a Day accuracy. So definitely not complaining about that.

    I ordered *************** sunglasses at a great price, fast shipping, and case/everything included. They are 100% authentic and I'm very pleased with my first order! I will definitely be ordering again.
