    I bought a cologne for men that was a 3.6 ounce and it only lasted for 10 sprays and was done which a 3.6 ounce perfume should give u at least **** to **** sprays equal to abt 3 to 5 months then I call to complaint and I was told that I use it all in less then 3 weeks

    I have used this website a few times and the service is pretty good. One time it took a few weeks to get my order but when it arrived it was in good condition. I would refer others to this website.

    Beware!Great past experience, but that's because I kept the product, I suppose. I'm now in the middle of a nightmare.Purchased Breitling Chronometer watch for over $5,000. It was too heavy on my wrist (simply larger than I am accustomed to, but pretty important given the stakes) so I returned it. When I did, noticed the included lunar calendar for my "new" watch was 2011-2014...ugh. I returned within the 30 day purchase as required, but in a jewelry shop watch box because I did not have the original B box.Customer service called to tell me they received my return but need the original box. Their paperwork, included with my return states to return in the original box "if possible." It was not possible as I threw the box away, not intending to return it. Explained that to the customer service rep and she stated that is not accurate, they need the box or I must pay a restocking fee. I asked to speak with a supervisor and she became confrontational. Asked to have the manager call me and she said I would need to call back. Told her I was recording the call and she hung up on me!?Called back, spoke with Faith/Supervisor.***** said they cannot accept the return because it's not in the original box and Breitling bokes are worth "several hundred dollars"...I recorded this call as well, of course. New twist that was NOT part of the original call: Faith went on to "inform me" they would now also need to charge to repair the watch as it has several blemishes and scratches. No, it does not and why did the original call ONLY mention the need for original box, with no mention of damage that did not exist when I sent to Jomashop??? I have pics of the watch taken prior to my returning it in a perfectly safe watch box. ***** getting back to me to let me know where they stand re restocking fees. I let her know we'll turn this to my attorney if need be, not playing this game. So disappointed in **************** & especially the customer service.
