      I have placed an order on Puma eyeglass frame on June 13, ***** and as of October 7th still not shipped or delivered. i have written multiple times and get an excuse of items being on back-order and yet they still advertise on their website that they would be shipping the same model within 3 to 5 business days. trying to call and get through to speak to someone is frustrating, I have only been able to speak to some one once.

      This company is great, bought some glasses and saw a bigger discount code the next day. One email and they honored it. Now have bought (4) pair sunglasses from them and all are authentic and at a great price.

      Amazing. I've ordered from them many times and am never disappointed. Other online vendors have been horrible to deal with. Last time I dealt with ********** I had a hard time applying my coupon. I ordered the items anyway almost a week later and they honored the discount and refunded me!

      This company is a huge ****! I would like to warn people to avoid this company at any cost. I have purchased from them several times, and I didnt have any problems. But the last time, the order was not delivered to me. ****, that was delivering the package, admitted that they miss placed the package. I had all of the info and case # to file the claim with EZConatcts, but they refused to replace/refund me. More, they constantly lied to me that the third insurance company denied my case, where it was still in process . And then lied to me again, that the reason of not processing my request is because I filed a similar claim before. Which is just an unbelievable lie! If I ever had to go through this with them previously I would Never Ever process any more new purchases. And I will stay away from this company in the future and advise anyone to do the same!!!!

      Ordered contacts with 1 day shipping. Got an email that my contacts were 2-3 weeks delay. I couldn't wait and called to cancel the order. I waited over 30 min on hold to get a **** The representative said she had to see if they shipped even though I just got email about delay. She came back on phone and said they hadn't shipped yet and she proceeded to enter a cancelation and said I would get an email that day and a refund in full in 1-3 days. I never got an email and the next day I got a failed to cancel email saying they now shipped my order mind you this was over 18 hours after I called to cancel the order. Now that it shipped they say I can return them but I am out the $35 for overnight shipping originally requested and out on return shipping.Horrible customer service and blatant lies from **** on phone and in emails.
