      I purchased a pair of eyeglasses in Mid April, but didn't actually wear them until May for my birthday. Recently while visiting my mom and doing some errands in ********, a lady running for the bus bumped me and knocked my glasses off. They were bent at the handles. When I called on a Monday morning, because they are not open on the weekends, I was told they only have a 30day policy and couldn't do anything. I have ordered in the past and don't remember this policy. So now I have a pair of glasses that are barely a few months old and can barely see because the are lop sided. They have good prices but if you're looking for a company that has a better policy than 30 days try someone else. A true waste of money and it wasn't my fault

      I have experienced nothing but top-notch customer service from them. My order is always processed quickly and correctly. I use a contact lens product that is hard to find and they carry it (they have a good selection of products).

      uck over 2 weeks for order to be shipped that was ready to ship. Shipping company has a bot when told him human rep he said thank you. Thought he was human. Dont spend money through them
