      Needed to exchange frames, which has turned into a two-month+ process and still no frames. I ended up cancelling and ordering elsewhere. Was told different things by different customer service agents; first, that it wasn't in stock and then, that I had to pay two additional fees to get the new frames sent out. Mind you, this is after I reached out to them multiple times; they were not providing me updates. So, they would have simply pocketed the money I already paid for the first set of frames had I not contacted them.

      I had a great experience. The delivery took a few weeks and the contacts came in tact and I felt in a timely manner. They correct my vision very well. The only think I noticed is that the lens don't seem to have a tint at all that might make then hard to find if I drop one but maybe that was a selection I made. I not sure. I would definitely recommend this company to order contacts. Much cheaper than the bricks and ****** contacts store I went to first. ****** ******

      Stay away from this vendor if you dont want a big headache; lack of service; carelessness. I placed an order and paid for shipping 3-5 business days and after five business never got my order.

      I ordered 2 pairs of sunglasses almost 2 months ago. 1 pair was shipped with a packing slip. I contacted EZ Contacts and they wanted proof that I only received one pair. I sent them pics and a copy of the packing label.I have yet for anyone to remedy my order. They keep telling me that they have to investigate with the vendor that shipped it. I am disputing it with my credit card company at this point as their phone number is always busy and hard to contact anyone. Even email's go unanswered.Hard pass on this company!

      I ordered contacts for my daughter on September 20. They were supposed to arrive Sept 26. The last tracking update is Sept 25. I called Oct 3 to ask what was up and they said they would investigate and get back to me in 1-2 days. When I hadn't heard from them by Oct 6 I went to their website and it said they were closed until Oct 16 for holidays? I don't know what holiday that would be but I have been trying to call all day and it rings once and phone goes dead. I have ordered from them before and had no issues but this is a nightmare. Nearly 200 was deducted from my checking almost a month ago and my daughter still doesn't have the contacts and she needed to replace hers current pair last week. If I could give a negative rating I would.
