      Took over a month, unreturned emails, and many phone calls to get my designer prescription sunglasses. I received them bent and unwearable. Never again.

      At first, I was unsure about using this company. I had never bought glasses online and thought that it needed to be handled by a professional. All I needed was my prescription. From the online experience of entering the information and picking my glasses and all the details that needed to be done. I still felt like I needed to speak with someone. I was quickly able to reach a customer service representative that was very knowledgeable and helped me walk through the process. Not only was the communication while waiting for the order clear and understandable, but the glasses came in as promised. My other concern was how they would fit, and I realized any eyeglass place could adjust them, but believe it or not they came fitting perfectly. I will definitely use them again my eye doctor like most has a place to take care of glasses and lenses. It wouldve cost me well over $1000. EZ was only $370.

      I ordered contacts and the would fall apart in my hands and sometimes in my eye. I contacted them and never lived up to there guarantee. Never credited me or refunded me

      They charged me $40 for overnight shipping. 3 days later, I got an email saying my prescription was denied. I called customer service and they said it went through. They told me they would make the overnight shipping free but it would come days later. Then I spoke to the manager. The manager ***** said that he would still charge me for overnight shipping and it's impossible to remove that charge. He admitted that it was a glitch on their end, but said that overnight shipping doesn't have to do with when you ordered it. Only when they decide to process the order. In my case, this was 3 days later. This is after 2 women said don't worry it'll be free. My order is now arriving 6 days after I ordered it, so I won't have contacts in time for my trip. I'm also still paying $40 for overnight shipping because ***** said he can't remove it. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

      Love EZContacts! So easy to do online, love the try ons, and so many Brands to choose from! EZContacts beat everybodys price by far, and I didnt have to leave my home. Love my Prada Sunglasses!!!!Oh and the Discount codes are unbeatable!!!

      Excellent! Everytime I buy from ** ************ I get excellent service and a great product for less money. On top of that they ship fast with a real shipping company that delivers to my door. No getting your new sunglasses or contacts fumbled around at **** for weeks or even forever. Thank you EZ Contacts for a great product, fast shipping and fantastic customer service. I highly recommend this company.

      I came across ezcontacts about five years ago. I was looking for a relief from the price of contacts at the eye doctor. After a ****** search I saw they had about the lowest price contacts you can find online. I was skeptical at first, wasnt sure if Id get my order, and my suspicions could not have been any further from the truth. I love their free shipping, and their price for the brand I get is always competitive, if not the lowest online that Ive seen. Ive been going back for 5 years now. I honestly dont have any complaints about them. And perhaps my favorite thing from them, the last couple years theyve been using my eye insurance benefit towards the purchase of contacts. All I had to do was email them my insurance information one time and they take care of it. Then they send a check in the mail. Its rather convenient to say the least.. 100% satisfied customer. I will keep my loyalty to them, because in my experience they take good care of their customers.

      THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU ORDER. It was a very unpleasant shopping experience in **********. Need to wait for more than a month to receive an item, but when I followed with customer service, they told me that if it was said ship 3-5 Business Day on the website, it meant the item was out of stock and I had to wait for them to restock. It is hilarious they expect customer to know ship 3-5 business day means they do not have the item yet. Very inaccurate information.
