      ******** customer service experience. They shipped me broken glasses. The packaging was totally fine but inside the glasses were snapped in half. So I doubt it had anything to do with the shipping. There's a reason why their prices are cheap. They are probably rejected product from other stores. Then trying to get your money back is a nightmare. They make you sign all kinds of forms and they transfer you between departments and then you wait and wait for them to reply back to each email. I am still waiting for my money back.

      Great transaction. Received my glasses yesterday and they are lovely.I already have a bronze pair and couldn't find any other colors. You had a burgundy that I liked. These glasses are the perfect size and color for me.Big frames just don't look good on me. Thanks for everything!******

      EzContacts.com is NOT legit. It sells fake brands. I bought ****** glasses and they were fully fake. I have been wearing ****** for years purchased from ***** and they have always been authentic. First time I bought from ********** and the glasses were made in ***** with Italy stamp on it. DO NOT BUY FROM EZ CONTACTS.

      We ordered a pair of prescription glasses that were "in stock" and 6 weeks later still have not received anything...I'm having trouble believing that is a real company and that the positive reviews are from real people. Hopefully my credit card company will be able to reverse the charge and we won't be on the hook for hundreds of dollars worth of merchandise that we never received.

      Ive ordered many times from here in monthly day/night, as well as colorsemerald green, sapphire blue and honey brown. Im super happy with all of my orders and the one time I had an issue, I sent an email and they promptly replaced the contact! Fantastic customer service and very high quality products.

      Place the order for some sunglasses in order the wrong pair, but the customer service team was super helpful in letting me swap to the ones I wanted and made the whole process very easy. Their communication is great.

      Ordered prescription glasses 14 days ago. No notice if out of stock. Confirmed shipping address as requested due to being deployed overseas..Needed the updated prescription for medical reasons. Contacted the company bia email halfway thru the waiting period. Get a response order still being processed in lab will take another 2-5days . Day 5 still no updates. Contacted again via email no response begging for an update and why. Add in time it would take to ship and arrive to my location itll be over a month if they ever even finish them . Purchased another pair on local economy same type needed and received in less than 48 hours.

      Do not order anything from them! I ordered eye drops from them over a month ago. They showed them as in stock however after 2 weeks I had not received them. When I reached out I was told they would receive them from the manufacturer in 1 to 2 weeks. The 2 weeks went by and still nothing. These guys are con artists!!!
