      Came scratched and customer service is horrible and the system cant find my order and I have the order number and everything and still not found and struggling to return the scratched glasses that were new

      Disappointed with Quality and Lack of Customer Support I ordered prescription glasses from EZContacts.com on October 24, 2024, paying $437.63, including an extra $39.95 for impact-resistant polycarbonate lenses. The glasses arrived nearly a month later on November 23. Shortly after minimal, normal use, the left lens developed a scratchdespite being marketed as impact-resistant. I reached out expecting a repair or replacement, especially considering the added cost and supposed durability. Instead, ********** refused and quoted $350 to replace both lenses, offering no warranty support or reasonable solution. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, which the company never responded to. Their lack of accountability and disregard for product claims is unacceptable. I cannot recommend ********** to anyone expecting quality products or responsive customer service.

      DO NOT ORDER PRESCRIPTION GLASSES FROM THIS PLACE. I tried to give them a chance but they sent a pair of glasses with loose lenses, they seemed to want to work with me and correct the issue but after sending them back TWO separate times each time they returned with the lenses loose. So not only did they waste my time and money they failed to correct the issue that I had sent them back for 2X. Also the customer service team failed to look into the issue properly and provide sufficient resolution. Not worth it. *** I still havent received a refund.

      I placed an order for *** **** private collection in feb. we are entering May. I placed an order for 2 pairs and was told one pair was broken in lab and then it was a stocking issue. I have not had a response on a confident ship date. these glasses are $1,200 a piece and I have not had a customer service rep place priority on my order. I have many other orders with this company which my previous order had issues as well. I have already paid and feel like I am being held captive in the order. I don't see why they can't speed things up or why they push their website issues on to the customer to deal with instead of being a mature company that would say this one is on us. I just want my glasses to be sent out as the prices are even incorrect they say 40% off but based of what *** **** sells them for they are not reflecting a true 40% off which I didn't mind because I am still saving some but when you order 2 months in advance of a business meeting and they tell you we are going to try and nothing is done. I feel like I updset ********* on the previous order by pointing out issues on the website which helped her at her job because she took my advice and ran with it but didn't do a thing for me as a customer. I am totally upset at this point and think this is really mismanagement and there is no real plan of action. I am told they took a week off which I understand but now they are closed on Fridays? When are my glasses going to arrive or do I need to have my attorney send a letter. this is ridiculous at this point.

      I had ordered 2 pair of eyewear. It was taking a long time to see a delivery date, so I emailed the company. ***** B was extremely helpful, letting me know that one pair was out of stock. I asked for help finding another pair based on my preferences. Although the eyeglasses were not what I was looking for, I was so happy to have someone help me with other options. Thank you again, *****! Great customer service!******

      Worst customer service. I rather pay little more and have my contacts by time it takes them to verify your rx. I'm told they're on holiday 04/12-04/20 but that's after I run after them to get status or just to get a reply .How about DON'T take orders when your darn company is on NEVER HEARD 8 days for freakin Easter!!

      I received the red frames today, and was SO EXCITED opening the box, but immediately felt such SHOCK: - my Rx lenses were SMALLER than the size required for these frames..I took a video: you tough the frames, and the lenses SHAKE and made constant loud NOISEI called customer service and was forced to wait 60 minutes, and finally after 1 hour got ******** B on the phone. He told me h*** send me a shipping label for the POST OFFICE to ship them back.I said I have NO printer, and ******** B assured me the ** code in his emailed label will do.I went to the post office, waited in line for 70 minutes, and after 1 h 10 min of waiting, post office staff said ** code is BS and a PRINTED label is requiredI spend $15 on printing one page at the next-door ***************** because the post office was closing in 20 minutes.Finally got it shipped ******* so shocked!Horrible experience.I bought $1,400 worth of glasses from them and they let me down.Negligence. Incompetence.

      False advertising of their prices. They only opted to match their price after I placed an order which was very suspicious. Thankfully I trusted my instincts and didn't order with them. They continually changed the prices of their Products within minutes.
