      THIS COMPANY CHARGED MY CARD FOR GLASSES THEN WENT ON A TWO WEEK HIATUS FOR A HOLIDAY THEN SAID ITS GOING TO BE TWO THREE WEEKS MORE YOU CANNOT SPEAK WHITH ANYONE ? ITS A JOKE I STILL DONT HAVE THEM

      I placed an order with EZContacts.com for an item that was listed as in stock at the beginning of August of this year. I waited the duration of the shipping window before reaching out to the vendor to ask why I hadn't received any shipping information. It was only when I reached out that they informed me the item was on backorder and should be back in stock in a couple of weeks. A couple of weeks passed and still no glasses. I reached out again to be told again that they expect restock in a couple of weeks. I reach out a third time over the phone during a time their website said were their operating hours but received a recording that they were closed. Thinking this was a mistake, I used their chat function - which is absolutely not a chat. The "chat" notified me someone would email me in a couple of days. That email informed me they were closed for over a week in observance of a holiday. While I do not begrudge their observance of any holidays, should that not be posted somewhere on your site if not to simply let people know there may be delays? Finally, I hear back and hear the same song of it not being in stock - even though they've charged me for my order. I have no patience left for this company after giving them chance after chance believing this "this is not their fault" and while the argument can be made that if the manufacturer hasn't supplied them with the item that it is not, right? But it is their fault to not have notified me from the off that it was out of stock. It is their fault they didn't offer alternative items. It is their fault for not communicating to customers they would be closed for several days. And it is their fault for charging me for items I never received. I will be asking for a refund and I will be sure to never put my faith in this company to deliver ever again. Spend your money and your time elsewhere.

      They charged my account as soon as I placed the order and it took almost 2 months to receive. I had to email them several times before I was told that the frames were on backorder. You shouldn't be charged until your has shipped

      Shipping took forever. You should indicate that if you do not have a product in stock on your website. Especially, when it comes to an essential product like glasses.

      Received my order promptly and correctly via standard shipping with no issues. I read some poor reviews, however my experience was what it should be. Would do business again.
