      I contacted them after two weeks of my order being processing and they told me that the product was out of stock, if they knew that why were they selling it with the promise of a 4-5 business days delivery?They dont give that information before and even now, they knowing its been out of stock for more than 2 weeks, they still show on their website that the availability is 3-4 business days, if I were to buy these sunglasses today, I would be thinking that it would be sent to me in that time frame. Its weird that they charged me weeks ago, even knowing that they are not sure of when theyre gonna have this product available. Thats really frustrating. The funny part is that they charged me like 3 weeks ago even not having idea of when they are gonna have the product and when its gonna be sent to me.

      I had some issues with three pair of glasses and ******* was Absolutely Amazing in helping me fix the issues!;,l couldn't ask for ************************ She went Way Above and Beyond my expectations!! I will Definitely purchase more glasses because of Her!! She is an Absolute Asset to your company in Every Way!!!I thank her So Very Much for all the help!!!! Very much appreciated!!

      Ordered contacts on October 12th 2022, took the money from our acct. and still have not shipped them. I have tried calling, emailing, and live chat with no response. I tried to get a refund but still have seen nothing saying I will get my money back. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! Also their ******** page updates every day with new promos. Shady. PS in order to leave a review I had to give them one star which was too high of a grade imo.

      In the 20 or so years Ive been wearing contacts, never before have I dealt with an online vendor as committed to customer satisfaction, much less that offered such a personal touch in its approach. After placing my order and before submitting my prescription, I realized I had entered the wrong strength. So I emailed customer service to explain the mistake and asked that they be sure to send me the correct lenses as per the prescription I had just submitted. Within minutes I received an email confirming they would send the correct lenses. Later on, I decided to check out their reviews on BBB and was discouraged to see so many complaints. I decided to reach out again to stress that they send contact lenses with a proper expiration date, as a common complaint had been receiving expired or soon-to-be-expired contacts. Not only did I receive the proper contacts, but I received them very promptly upon shipping (several other complaints mentioned having to wait very long to receive them or simply never receiving them at all). In my experience at least, EZContacts was extremely responsive and reassuring, and I plan to be a repeat customer. Their prices, the lack of taxes/shipping, and their responsiveness and approach to customer satisfaction are unparalleled.

      Absolutely disgusting company. My order was placed on October 7th (2022); I paid extra for the "3 to 5 day shipping", which would mean the delivery should, at the latest, arrive by the 14th October. Still no delivery by Tuesday 18th so I naturally reached out to (not so) EZ Contacts. Two days and at least twenty attempted phone calls later (I was always met with "due to heavy call volume we are currently unable to take your call"), along with multiple email attempts (with one generic reply), I decided to give up and submit a 'charge-back' with my credit card company. I will never use this company again. Please be warned and NEVER use this horrendous excuse for a company.

      If there were give ** Contacts zero stars I would. Ordered contacts on October 6, charged for the contacts $105.90 on October 10th but still have not received my contacts as of October 20th. The order is still saying processing in the order status. I have contacted via email, and chat with no response. I have also called several times but they were closed for a holiday until 10/19, but today the call volume was too high so it asked to be contacted via email or chat. The ** Contact website states orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days and if there is an issue they will contact within 24 hours. This is false advertisement. I want my money back.
