      Dont deal w/ these Liars! Totally unprofessional and crooks! First I ordered my glasses on November 28th. They didnt take the money out of my account until December 21st. They took the money out of my account but NEVER processed my order. I sent an email to customer service AND called to inquire. They LIED and told me I will receive my order by January 2nd. NEVER received my order! I called to cancel my order Jan. 5th. I received a confirmation email that my order was canceled and I will receive my refund in 3-5 business days. 3-5 business days passed and still no refund!!! I called again today (Jan. 12th) and they told me again they are refunding my money and sent me a confirmation email like they did Jan. 5th. I called my bank to see if EZcontacts processed my refund and the bank told me they didnt!! Customer Service Rep. **** * is a Liar! Now I have to file a dispute w/ my bank! Save yourself the headache this company is TRASH!

      Awesome Service and Affordable Glasses EZ Contacts have a variety of branded eye and sunglasses that are one of the cheapest, if not, the most affordable you can find online or in stores. They also have good email communication, and they really live up to their promises. The only thing I think they can improve on is the delivery of the glasses. It may take a while for the glasses to arrive, I think maybe because they still take it to the technician to install the prescribed glasses. Otherwise, if you just buy sunglasses, yes, it's pretty fast too.

      1 star easy website to navigate.1 star price 1 star contacts are good -2 stars - my account was charged Dec. 1 but contacts did not arrive until January 3. I paid for the 5-7 day delivery to receive contacts in a week or two from purchase. However, when you purchase EZContacts then has to wait for the manufacturer to ship the contacts. Its 5-7 days delivery after manufacturer responds. I wish I had known this I would have ordered elsewhere.

      I used other sure last couple of years cause they were cheapest. Pretty slow but cheapest, hands down. Not this year. Ez is the cheapest at least for my contacts and i got it within a week

      I was having difficulty ordering a particular pair of sunglasses at the price that was shown on ******. I also wanted to take advantage of the promotion of free expedited shipping to get my order in time for Christmas. The staff at EZ Contacts worked with me until we had accomplished both of those things and I look forward to getting my new sunglasses.

      I ordered an item and though it was showing available at the time of the order, alas, upon reaching out I found out it was not. I reached out to customer service and in 1 business day they were able to get the situation rectified. ****** * kept an open line of communication with me and resolved the issue in a professional and timely matter. Now I know that customer service is a hard job to begin with and add onto the pressures of the holiday season and it gets that much more difficult. People usually don't reach out unless there is a problem so I can definitely understand tensions possibly running higher and people not being as understanding. For the patience and commitment to resolve my issue I do have to comment ****** * as well as EZ Contacts. It may not have been a perfect order, but it was taken care of and that's all I can ask for.

      3.5 weeks, customer service won't answer phone, must email only. Terrible service. No call back from first phone attempt. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
