      **************** was quick to respond, but over 2 months and no updates to my order. I sincerely urge EZContacts to not list products as in stock when they are, in fact, not. Constantly being told to wait just another 1-2 weeks only to be told there were no updates and I would have to wait yet another 1-2 weeks was beyond frustrating and ultimately broke my trust of this company. Won't be using their services again, nor can I I'm good faith recommend them.**************** department was kind and quick to respond, and even quicker to process my refund, otherwise this review would be significantly more scathing.

      I've been buying from EZ contact lenses for the last year and a half and they are very fast at sending them. Also customer services is really good, I requested some information and got a very friendly and fast response from **********, she was very helpful and answered on the same day. Thanks a lot.

      Easy to deal with. Refund was processed as stated by their policy with no difficulties. 2nd pair sent out with the same quality. **************** was helpful and even sent out spare parts when asked. As far as authenticity and everything being mentioned regarding fakes - the pair I ordered was as authentic as possible; authenticity card, identification #, original lenses, original cover. Prices are fair, lense quality is very good with the option of digitally surfaced lenses being available (not common on other sites).Would definitely recommend, just be patient when contacting customer service, it may take a while.

      What happened to my order no ******* ?It was retuned back to you by *** due to a wrong address but so far no re shipment was done even though I tried all possible ways of contacting ********** you so many emails but no respond. Pls advise on my order status. Extremely disappointed !

      Excellent customer service. I needed to make an exchange of my contact lenses after a recent prescription change. It could have not gone any smoother. Not only are EZ Contact prices the best around but the attention and care to their customers is outstanding. Highly recommend EZ Contacts.

      Ordered two (2) weeks ago and it is still p"rocessing". Found out after I ordered that they shut down for 10 days. No notifcation prior to taking payment - shameful. I spent 1.5 hours on hold and finally hung up afte rno answer. I find it unbelievable there was > 1.5 hrs of cusotmers on calls in front of me to praise them. I attempted to contact them through email, chat, their web site, and calling on 2 phones at same time. Nothing / no answer until I posted comments on their ******** page detailing my negative experience and now they've removed all comments and blocked me. Order is still showing "processing" despite multiple requests to cancel. I just need and paid for glasses......... **************************
