      I accidentally entered the wrong payment card info at the initial purchase. I reached out to customer service and they quickly sent me an updated payment link to remediate my issue.

      I ordered a couple pairs of frames, one pair came within the window as promised but the other pair never shipped. I contacted EZ ************************* about them and explained that I needed them urgently. ******* with CS, responded immediately explaining the situation and why I had not received the order. In addition she gave me options, I responded and asked for help in choosing a replacement item. ******* took care to send me the option and color that would ship immediately, I agreed and asked for her assistance in exchanging the frames. She handled the exchange within minutes. I didnt have to make a purchase for the replacement and wait for a refund, she did an internal adjustment to my original purchase and I am good to go. Her actions were greatly appreciated and it was painless. I will always recommend EZ Contacts to family and friends, and be a forever customer. Thank you *******.

      Fast shipping and good pricing. Would recommend this seller! Many other contact lens providers added a fee at the end of the purchasing process. This one did not.

      Without a doubt ,deaing with EZ contacts, especially *******, from their customer experience team, who made the entire process painless. From the very beginning until the end, her support was stellar.She know exactly what i wanted, and made it happen.I had a question about the frames, and wasn't sure if i was going to keep them or not, she assured me there would not be any issues at all, and she was right.I cannot say enough about *******. My suggestion is if you are in the market for glasses, or even just frames, give them a try, i am sure you will not be disappointed. *******************

      I love EZ Contacts. They have or can obtain larger sized luxury brand frames which is perfect for me. I prefer 55mm or larger lenses not only for the proportions of my face but because I like to make a statement! Most eyeglasses companies only carry the most sold sizes and thats not me. Their return/exchange process is easy and their customer service very responsive and kind.

      I accidentally sent my order to the incorrect address so I reached out to Ezcontacts customer service via email and spoke with ******************She provided excellent customer service!******* quickly replied to my issue and updated the order before the next business day even started. She sent confirmation of my appointment updated order changes for assurance.

      I have used EZContacts.com for years. Most recently, I bought some contacts a month ago and it seemed like the whole box was dry. They would stick to my eyes or (even worse) fall out! One of the contacts actually turned out to be 2 contacts stuck together! (No, I didn't put 2 in the same eye! Trust me!) When I contacted the **************** they were very pleasant and quick. They refunded my cost for one box and sent me a new box. Everything was done in a professional manner and to my satisfaction. Even though those boxes were faulty, I will continue to use EZContacts because they were dedicated to making things right! (Thanks also to ***** who assisted me!)
