      I had a great experience! I love my glasses, and they arrived very quickly. They even sent me a beautiful ***** case even though I didnt order ***** glasses. I was even more excited about that.

      Still waiting for my glasses I ordered 3weeks ago, notified that my order was processed, just waiting to be shipped.Tried contacting them through website and by phone, no response. To start a refund I need the glasses to ship back.Just refund my money. I'll order from somewhere else.

      If there was an option to leave zero stars I would. I purchased frames and lenses from them last year in January. I also purchased the extended warranty. After a year of wear and tear, I sent my glasses in to get new lenses added. I paid extra for the criztol anti scratch and anti glare. I also paid extra for ***** shipping. I never received tracking information or an email confirmation stating that they had been shipped. I never receive those glasses. They opened a claim and started a new order for me. I received tracking information this time, but to my surprise, they were lost during transit. ***** only received a shipping label and no package. I contacted them to cancel the entire order. Waiting on a refund is a different story. I have been waiting since January 19th for my glasses and since February 15th for a refund. They only ended up giving me 196$ back spit into two different payments. One for 50$ and the other for 146$. I received the 50$ but the 146$ was sent to a card that I had closed. I contacted them again and they offered me store credit! I want my money! Never use this company, you will never have anyone reach out to resolve your issue, you will have to be your own advocate and contact them. Worst customer support Ive ever experienced in my 38 years. Im out glasses and now 146$. Not to mention this has been ongoing since January and its now March!

      I like the ********** ****************** sunglasses. Getting used to having such a big frame. I like the coverage on my face though. And I do like the *************** look. :-)

      These people might be the absolute best in the business from a standpoint of Service, *****************, Communication, Selection, Add on Service, and most importantly PRICE, you *********** not beat them in any category. Hands down best experience I've ever had and for context I purchase about 10 pairs of eyewear yearly. I'm definitely a lifetime customer.

      I tried EZContacts for the first time but it was a regretful experience. I ordered Acuvue Oasys contact lenses (12-pack) and paid extra for expedited shipping but did not receive them on time. When I finally received my contacts, they had the wrong prescription and were blurry. I provided a far-sighted prescription but received near-sighted ones instead. I immediately returned the incorrect contacts the following day for a full refund of $147.85 and had to write them to inquire about the status of my refund after a week of no response. After which, EZContacts only refunded me $130.95, shorting me $16.90. When I contacted them to inquire about the missing amount, they did not respond until I involved a third party in my emails. On Jan 2nd, ****, ********** responded claiming that they do not refund delivery charges, but they would make an exception in my case and I would receive the refund in 3-5 business days. However, weeks passed and I did not receive the refund as promised. On Jan 16th, ****, I had to write to them again with the third-party cc'ed in the email to inquire about the delay of my remaining refund. They responded stating that they would process the refund immediately, but I only received $8.95, still shorting me the remaining amount. In the end, I lost time and $7.95 of my hard-earned money for a service that provided no value but gave me a bounty of inconveniences. I decided to let them keep the $7.95 to avoid any further stress, but I do not recommend anyone to do business with EZContacts. I took my prescription to ***'s Club and had a much better experience. I hope my review helps others avoid making the same mistake I did by trusting EZContacts.

      I chose EZContacts to put prescription lenses into a pair of vintage ****Bans after seeing ********************* wearing them in Nyad. They did arrive with a few minor scratches but **************** was wonderful to deal with and I sent them back for new lenses. They arrived back quickly and absolutely perfect! I love them and have gotten many compliments on them already. *** told others where to get them, as I always share good products and companies with others. Getting a great product is wonderful, but finding an exceptional **************** and follow through, is priceless. I will be a return customer absolutely.
