      DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!
      This is the first time I’ve ever ordered glasses outside of my eye doctor’s office, and the experience has been horrible. It’s been three weeks, and after a 40-minute hold time, I still have no update on where my glasses are. The only response I’ve received was a generic email stating there’s a delay in leaving the manufacturer.
      I’m at the point of considering a road trip to pick them up myself if that’s what it takes. I cannot overstate how critical it is for me to have my lenses. I’m currently walking around with taped glasses, trusting this process would be seamless—and it’s anything but.
      If I’d known this would happen, I would have paid the extra $200 at my eye doctor’s office and avoided this entire ordeal. Once I finally get in touch with a representative, I intend to express my frustration and will likely request a refund. This delay is beyond unacceptable, and I am out of time and patience.

      Great price for my Prada sunglasses! Reasonable time from ordering to receiving. Unfortunately, one of the arms and the nose piece were crooked, so the glasses sat crooked on my face, and I was unable to adjust. I reached out via the contact us form on their website, And didnt hear back from anyone within a few days, so I called, But it was a Sunday so they were closed. I found their email address, and received a quick ***ly, addressing my issue. The customer service *** was very professional, understood my issue, apologetic, and offered solutions. After sending pictures of the defective glasses, she sent me a p***aid mailing label to mail the glasses back for either a full refund or exchange. Ill be exchanging them for an identical pair, hoping these ones are perfect! I will update this review if need be.

      Nightmare. Ordered one type on contacts and they sent me a cheaper version but would only accept the return if I had the warranty and box - all that I had thrown away. I at least tried to get them to credit me the difference in price but they wouldnt even do that. The customer service person was very patient and polite denying me everything I asked. I would suggest not using this site. I definitely wont be.

      Ordered some glasses for $322. They hadn't arrived many weeks later, so I cancelled my order and asked for a refund. by email They agreed to refund it, but it has now been 13 days since they supposedly processed the refund and no refund has arrived on my credit card. They don't answer the customer service phone number. Total rip-off. Stay away.

      Ordered contacts and they have not been shipped after close to 10 days, despite paying more for faster delivery. The tracking service link they provided states Unexpected delays, although **** states they have not received the package. ******.

      Sold counterfeit designer sunglasses just slightly below retail value. I have an identical (authentic but in a different color). Its hard to tell but there are key differences ensuring these are fraud.
