      I ordered and paid for 2 day shipping for Persol women's sunglasses July 18, 2024. It is October 29, 2024 and I have never received the sunglasses addressed to my US *********** Box. I have contacted the company 6 times by email with one initial response by "*************." that the manufacturer was restocking the product and I could expect them in the next 2-5 weeks. It was a reasonable response for me. So I waited. And waited. No further communication has been initiated by EZcontacts.com At this writing I have phoned numerous times to endlessly wait on hold, no one ever answering or an option to leave a message. My credit card posted the full charge on September 5, 2024. Since that time no one has reached out or responded to my inquiry of an order update. When online on their website "Order Locator" the prompt says "order being processed" with a locater dot in ******** ********. Today I initiated a charge dispute with my credit card company about the charge and also today in good faith tried to cancel the order with the prompt replying deadline expired 8/17/2024. Ridiculous- for a product that was never received. DON'T BE DUPED AND WAIT LIKE I DID AND DON"T BE FOOLED BY THEIR WEBSITE EZcontacts.com and constant ads of name brand products sent to my email for discounts. STAY AWAY, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER CARE! I am now in the process of notifying the manufacturer about my experience with order # *******. I'm sure they don't want their product associated with this discount and perhaps counterfeit brand business. And THANK YOU BBB for the services you provide for consumers. I will now always check for BBB ratings with a first time/unknown online purchase. And to reemphasize EZcontacts.com charged my credit card knowing there was no product from ******'. ******!

      I ordered glasses a month ago and have followed up with them via email multiple times with no response. I wish I would have done more research prior to ordering, this website sells FAKE items. What a scam!

      Placed an order over a month ago, I still have not seen the product. I called a few days ago and was informed the product was discontinued. They still took my money, no one called or emailed to tell me this was discontinued. The woman I spoke to on the phone assured me to give her the day to find a replacement with the same measurements. A day went by and no msg back. I called and now they are closed for two weeks. Completely disappointing service, a complete waste of time and as far as I am concerned nothing but a ****** scam. **** *********.

      These contacts are NOT for me, and I need to return them. They are definitely not what my doctor's office has. The packaging looks the same; but after two hours of having them in my eyes I could NOT see! It was the scariest thing, and I was NOT home, nor did I have glasses with me. I called my doctor's office who got me in the very next day, yesterday 10/18/2024 and they gave me a different pair although it came from packaging that looked identical to what was shipped to me from EZ contacts, they are not the same. I'm so upset. I wore these contact lenses for two days, a new pair each day as they are daily wear. I will not put these in my eyes again.

      I have placed an order on Puma eyeglass frame on June 13, ***** and as of October 7th still not shipped or delivered. i have written multiple times and get an excuse of items being on back-order and yet they still advertise on their website that they would be shipping the same model within 3 to 5 business days. trying to call and get through to speak to someone is frustrating, I have only been able to speak to some one once.

      This company is great, bought some glasses and saw a bigger discount code the next day. One email and they honored it. Now have bought (4) pair sunglasses from them and all are authentic and at a great price.

      Amazing. I've ordered from them many times and am never disappointed. Other online vendors have been horrible to deal with. Last time I dealt with ********** I had a hard time applying my coupon. I ordered the items anyway almost a week later and they honored the discount and refunded me!
