      I ordered from ** Contacts for the first time. It took a couple of weeks to receive my contacts. When I received them, I realized my eye doctor sent me the wrong prescription. I contacted Ex contacts instantly. They were able to send me a return slip via email and sent me the correct prescription quickly. I am happy with the easy of fixing the mistake of my doctor. I will use them again in the future.

      Ordered glasses and realized I had selected the wrong frame color the following day when looking at my emails. Reached out and got almost an immediate response from customer service confirming it was no problem and they got the correct frame attached to my order.Great customer service and response time!

      If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered contacts for my son in October 2024. We received them fairly quickly, which was nice. However, my son complained that his vision was blurry. We were supposed to receive contacts for astigmatism, but the prescription was never verified with his eye doctor before shipping. My son had written on the boxes 'LEFT and RIGHT' to keep them separate. I explained all this and were sent a return label to send back unopened boxes. We were advised that the correct contacts were a bit more and for the opened boxes (that couldn't be returned), we could order at the price different. However, I explained since I was already out over $300, I would need to wait until the refund processed before I could spend more money. 20+ emails and 3 months later, I am now being told that I will not be getting the refund, yet they accepted the return. So still no useable contacts and over $300 gone. Totally sickened by this entire experience

      I ordered contacts to exact specification from my other contact box. I tried on a contact and could not see so totally useless and waste of monies. I get it if its a medical devise but I think I should receive a partial refund. I will never order again and tell other people as well. Bad customer service.

      I would give this company zero stars if I could. I ordered my daughter 4 boxes of contact lenses in July. To date, I have yet to receive the entire, correct, prescription. Oh sure, their customer service team is responsive, but you have to explain the issue from the beginning every single time. They've sent me the wrong prescription 3 times, or not sent it at all, claiming they had. I finally received a shipping notification for the final box today. I'm not holding my breath.
      Typically, a company with this many issues would offer to give a discount. Nothing was offered in this case, and they have made no additional attempt to retain my business. At the very least, I would expect someone to follow this through to the end to make sure I got what I paid for. This is the WORST experience I have ever had with any company. My entire family wears contacts or glasses and we will no longer be using this business. It may not mean much considering the number of customers they have, but I can only hope my review helps persuade someone to use a more reputable company. Pay the extra for *************** Unless of course, you like wasting hours to fix an issue that you didn't cause.
