      I ordered contacts to exact specification from my other contact box. I tried on a contact and could not see so totally useless and waste of monies. I get it if its a medical devise but I think I should receive a partial refund. I will never order again and tell other people as well. Bad customer service.

      I would give this company zero stars if I could. I ordered my daughter 4 boxes of contact lenses in July. To date, I have yet to receive the entire, correct, prescription. Oh sure, their customer service team is responsive, but you have to explain the issue from the beginning every single time. They've sent me the wrong prescription 3 times, or not sent it at all, claiming they had. I finally received a shipping notification for the final box today. I'm not holding my breath.
      Typically, a company with this many issues would offer to give a discount. Nothing was offered in this case, and they have made no additional attempt to retain my business. At the very least, I would expect someone to follow this through to the end to make sure I got what I paid for. This is the WORST experience I have ever had with any company. My entire family wears contacts or glasses and we will no longer be using this business. It may not mean much considering the number of customers they have, but I can only hope my review helps persuade someone to use a more reputable company. Pay the extra for *************** Unless of course, you like wasting hours to fix an issue that you didn't cause.

      DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!
      This is the first time I’ve ever ordered glasses outside of my eye doctor’s office, and the experience has been horrible. It’s been three weeks, and after a 40-minute hold time, I still have no update on where my glasses are. The only response I’ve received was a generic email stating there’s a delay in leaving the manufacturer.
      I’m at the point of considering a road trip to pick them up myself if that’s what it takes. I cannot overstate how critical it is for me to have my lenses. I’m currently walking around with taped glasses, trusting this process would be seamless—and it’s anything but.
      If I’d known this would happen, I would have paid the extra $200 at my eye doctor’s office and avoided this entire ordeal. Once I finally get in touch with a representative, I intend to express my frustration and will likely request a refund. This delay is beyond unacceptable, and I am out of time and patience.

      Great price for my Prada sunglasses! Reasonable time from ordering to receiving. Unfortunately, one of the arms and the nose piece were crooked, so the glasses sat crooked on my face, and I was unable to adjust. I reached out via the contact us form on their website, And didnt hear back from anyone within a few days, so I called, But it was a Sunday so they were closed. I found their email address, and received a quick ***ly, addressing my issue. The customer service *** was very professional, understood my issue, apologetic, and offered solutions. After sending pictures of the defective glasses, she sent me a p***aid mailing label to mail the glasses back for either a full refund or exchange. Ill be exchanging them for an identical pair, hoping these ones are perfect! I will update this review if need be.
