      I had ordered 2 pair of eyewear. It was taking a long time to see a delivery date, so I emailed the company. ***** B was extremely helpful, letting me know that one pair was out of stock. I asked for help finding another pair based on my preferences. Although the eyeglasses were not what I was looking for, I was so happy to have someone help me with other options. Thank you again, *****! Great customer service!******

      Worst customer service. I rather pay little more and have my contacts by time it takes them to verify your rx. I'm told they're on holiday 04/12-04/20 but that's after I run after them to get status or just to get a reply .How about DON'T take orders when your darn company is on NEVER HEARD 8 days for freakin Easter!!

      I received the red frames today, and was SO EXCITED opening the box, but immediately felt such SHOCK: - my Rx lenses were SMALLER than the size required for these frames..I took a video: you tough the frames, and the lenses SHAKE and made constant loud NOISEI called customer service and was forced to wait 60 minutes, and finally after 1 hour got ******** B on the phone. He told me h*** send me a shipping label for the POST OFFICE to ship them back.I said I have NO printer, and ******** B assured me the ** code in his emailed label will do.I went to the post office, waited in line for 70 minutes, and after 1 h 10 min of waiting, post office staff said ** code is BS and a PRINTED label is requiredI spend $15 on printing one page at the next-door ***************** because the post office was closing in 20 minutes.Finally got it shipped ******* so shocked!Horrible experience.I bought $1,400 worth of glasses from them and they let me down.Negligence. Incompetence.

      False advertising of their prices. They only opted to match their price after I placed an order which was very suspicious. Thankfully I trusted my instincts and didn't order with them. They continually changed the prices of their Products within minutes.

      I ordered frames more than a week ago. However, since they haven't arrived yet, I used tracking to see where the frames were in the process. Then I saw my huge mistake! They have been sitting in the same location more than 24 hours! This usually means they are coming from another country and it could take anywhere from a month or two to show up. I made a similar mistake with a different product/company 5 years ago. I was just so excited about finding the frames I liked so much that I didn't even think to check where they would be coming from! I feel so stupid for falling for the same trap again!!

      FoundI found the perfect pair of glasses I had been looking for, and the entire processfrom selection to orderingwas incredibly easy. I loved the try-on feature, which was very accurate and helpful; my glasses looked exactly like the images from the try-on. ********** did a fantastic job, and I will definitely recommend them to anyone seeking quality glasses at an affordable price.

      I accidentally ordered my prescription twice and called customer service. The young lady was Very helpful, courteous and corrected my problem immediately. Any company that has customer service personnel this good, is worth doing business with again and again. ********

      I located this business because they are about $40+ dollars cheaper than sunglasses hut or going directly to ****** to purchase the item. I still have the original sunglasses (Oakley ******** XL), only they are missing one arm from a recent drop to the ground. Once I received the ezcontacts.com version, I noticed right away their version wasn't the same quality as the originals. I called the company directly to determine is the glasses were supposed to be authentic to the original version and they said yes. There are obvious differences between the ezcontacts and authentic Oakley version (e.g. specific model stamp lettering is bigger than the original, there is a ingrained 'made in America' added to one of the arms, the glasses are supposed to be made of wood for the frames and ezcontacts' pair is colored the same but made of plastic, etc.). The company expects me to provide them a $11.95 return fee to return the glasses. I disagree and am confused as to how this company is still in business considering the number of complaints and similar critiques regarding authenticity against their products. I am not only looking for them to provide me a full reimbursement of funds directly to my credit card used for purchase, but for them to collect their fake product on their dime for the return (if the $11.95 is worth them to pay to get the fake product back.)
