      I unknowingly missed the window for a great 24-hr discount texted to me as we had just returned from international travel (had a 36 hr day) AND my husband had become quite ill. I submitted my order and when the discount didn't appear, I reached out for customer service to explain my circumstances. They extended the promotional discount! Nice surprise and so appreciated.

      I have been getting my contact lenses from this company for years. I have gotten a bad lens from time to time (not their fault) and they have replaced it quickly without doubting my honesty, which is quite refreshing. Most recently I had a complicated problem involving a prescription and the need to exchange two boxes of lenses; it required extensive emailing back and forth and a bit of frustration on both our parts, but they stuck with me until the problem was solved. I was super appreciative and doubt I would have received this level of service and care anywhere else. I have only good things to say about them.

      That was concerning that EzContacts.com contacting my optometrist may cause a delivery delay, but I am concerned for no good reason. My order went smoothly and shipped within two business days. I will use them for my next order. Always easy and superb.

      This company must be a one man scam show. Every contact given is prerecorded or automated. **************** is all automated. If youre lucky to get your order in, it takes forever and the prescription is wrong. Im surprised that the company is still allowed to do business in ******** ****** at all. They are still advertising great things and instant returns and refunds, which are all LIES. If youre looking for a *********************** with good customer service look *********!!!!!!!
