      We just purchased more Versace sunglasses this is over 10 pairs over the years from this site- they ship everything right away and their customer service is so awesome! I accidentally ordered the wrong pair so I emailed them and ******** was able to email me back right away and get my order back on track two pairs for less than the price of one at Sunglass Hut - WIN!

      Long time customer here. I unknowingly missed the window for a great 24-hr discount texted to me as we had just returned from international travel (had a 36 hr day) AND my husband had become quite ill. I submitted my order and when the discount didn't appear, I reached out for customer service to explain my circumstances. They extended the promotional discount! Nice surprise and so appreciated. ******* didn't think my request would be considered, but I was pleasantly surprised.

      I wish their were 100 stars to give this company. Every couple of months I order from them to reup on me contacts. Its convenient and easy for me. This time my package said it was delivered but after waiting a couple of days, I noticed it was stolen. I reached out to them to either get a refund for my list item or have another package reshipped. This by far has been the smoothest experience ever with any company I have encountered this issue with, not even Amazon was this smooth! They were extremely dedicated to helping me, they were persistent in their emails and they answered and questions I had. Your efforts do not go unnoticed, thank you!

      I have been ordering from EZ for several years. I recently messed up an order- not sure exactly how it actually happened because I got the right prescription on the wrong type of contacts. So I will assume I am the reason it is wrong, however, my account shows that I only buy one kind. After a few emails- EZ sent me a label to return them. The email correspondence was timely- accurate and helpful once I was assigned a service person. I would not recommend the chat feature if you are trying to solve a problem. It is *******- but when you get to a rep- they are GREAT! I agree that good customer service is clearly important to them.I give the rep 5 stars! The chat feature is the reason I only put 4 stars because it was a waste of time.

      I visited a ************* store and fell in love with a set of designer glasses, but they were out of my price range. I utilized a coupon to get the lenses for less money and was able to get the exact same frames on EzContacts for less money. I am beyond thrilled and can't wait for my glasses to arrive!
