      I was a bit hesitant to order glasses inline, But EZContact exceeded my expectations. The virtual try-on feature was helpful in selecting the perfect pair, and the ordering process was straightforward. My glasses arrived quickly and fit perfectly. I am very happy with my purchase and would recommend EZConatact to anyone.

      I recently purchased a pair of prescription sunglasses from EZContacts, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. The ordering process was straightforward, and the glasses arrived exactly as described. They fit perfectly, and the lenses are excellent quality. I will definitely be back for more.

      EZContacts' business practices are deceptive, non-professional and unethical. When customers call to inquire about a product, the representatives automatically confirm an order for the product -- without the customer's authorization. I asked a sales representative named ****** around 11:30AM CST on Tuesday 05/04/2023 about a contact lens and its shipping charges. The representative put me hold and confirmed an order without my consent. I objected to having the order confirmed as I did not consent to it. The sales representative became argumentative and continued to lie and gaslight that she did not put in the order and that she was just checking in the shipping cost. EZContacts could also lure its representatives to engage in these kinds of unethical conducts by offering them commission. Upon insisting why she had placed the order without authorization, the representative mentioned I would not be charged as I did not consent to the order, and that the doctor's prescription for the contact lens needs to be **************, followed by shipping before even charging any amount. Unfortunately, I had an account with that company EZContacts, so one of my credit card information was stored with EZContacts.In two hours, before I had even uploaded any doctor's prescription for the contact lens (I would not have uploaded as that would have triggered shipping and charging), the order was shipped and I was charged $69.95 for the order with the stored credit card.I put in a review to caution other customers but EZContacts also flagged the review because they did not like it. This EZContacts is a loser-type awful business.EZContacts also does not verify doctor's prescription for a medical product - contact lens - before shipping the product and this must be investigated. This company should be held accountable to the highest extent of the law for shipping medical products without a valid doctor's prescription. This is dangerous and illegal. Please investigate EZContacts.

      I am writing to you today in response to your review of EZContacts. I am deeply sorry to hear that you had a negative experience with our company.


      I understand that you were concerned about the way that your order was placed and shipped. I want to assure you that we take customer satisfaction very seriously and we are committed to providing a positive experience for all of our customers.


      I have investigated your complaint and I have spoken to the sales representative who you spoke to on May 4th. The representative has confirmed that they did place an order for you without your consent. I have spoken to the representative about this and they have been disciplined.


      I have also investigated the issue of doctor's prescriptions. We do require a doctor's prescription for all contact lenses. However, we do allow customers to upload their prescriptions after the order has been placed. This is a convenience for our customers who may not have their prescription with them when they call us.


      I have also spoken to our shipping department and they have confirmed that the order was shipped before you had a chance to upload your prescription. This was an error on our part and I apologize for any inconvenience it may have caused.

      We've gone ahead and emailed you a prepaid shipping label so you can return the item back to us. As soon as we receive it we will process a full refund for you. 

      I want to assure you that we are committed to providing a positive experience for all of our customers. If you have any further concerns, please do not hesitate to contact me.

      I've been a loyal customer of EZContacts for years, and for good reason. The customer service is always friendly and helpful, and the glasses are high-quality and stylish. They also have great deals and promotions that make it affordable to update my eyewear regularly.

      The worst customer service. They take your money and tell you that your order is confirmed and will be sent out in ***** business days. Here i am MONTHS later and after them giving me another story, another LIE, they said they still haven't received my sunglasses from the warehouse. You can't speak to a manager. They don't take your calls. They don't care. They email you the same lie and story. Prescription sunglasses have to be created. They have a large online presence, but DO NOT CARE about their customers at all.DO NOT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!Their easy way out is to offer you a refund not understanding they've just wasted months of your time! Which they could care less about.They don't serve you or care AGAIN STAY AWAY FROM THEM!

      I had an excellent experience shopping at EZContacts. The website was easy to navigate and had a great selection of glasses. I found a pair I loved at a fantastic price, and they arrived quickly and in perfect condition. Highly recommend!

      Ez contacts has Great customer service! And good prices too! I've ordered a few times from them, First time... good price quick shipping Second time good price, package lost in mail or stolen, good customer service they peregrine to resend or refund me since my package was lost.

      I paid extra for 3 to 5 day shipping. After waiting 5 business days, my glasses still weren't even shipped. I think it should be more clear that the process to get the glasses shipped is more than 5 days. Atleast, they wound up refunding the extra money paid for shipping. When I received the eyeglasses they seemed more clunky than the ones I tried on in a store, and just a bit off. So I started checking the authenticity of the glasses. I noticed there is an 11 digit Luxottica code on the box, and that there should be the same code on the glasses. This is when I noticed the glasses and box did not match up. The company told me that the original box was damaged so they swapped boxes. So the box may be authentic, but I dont know that the glasses themselves are. That doesn't seem like straight forward business. I would've spent 200 dollars elsewhere if I knew I may be getting some counterfeit/damaged goods.
