      I have purchased several pairs of glasses from EZContacts and have always been impressed with the quality and affordability. The selection is extensive and there are options for every budget. The customer service is also excellent - I had a question about my order and the staff was quick to respond and resolve the issue. Highly recommend!

      My sunglasses were on back order, and although that was not ideal, I had the very best customer service! We emailed back and forth probably 10 times. My rep constantly was timely and answered any question I had. He even gave me other options and routes. Very pleased with the customer service for an online store!

      I only wish I could give them 1/4 of a star instead of one whole star. I purchased colored contacts from this company and August of 2022 and I've not received my purchased order or a refund although I've attempted one or the other every single month, oftentimes several times during the month, to no avail. *******, the supervisor for the dispute department informed me that my financial institution accepted the refund from them and that's why I should be contacting instead of them from now on. Of course my financial has absolutely no record of any transactions from ezcontacts at all. There's only the transaction of me making my purchase and paying them for something that I do not have to this day.
