      Just purchased contact lenses but I chose the wrong sphere for one eye. I sent a message to the customer service and they took care of it super efficiently. I also asked if my insurance covers buying contact lenses. They are amazing!!! Found out what kind of coverage I can get and also sent me a document to fill out. Contact lenses price was way less than other companies. And this awesome customer service? Unbelievable!Thank you.

      I ordered glasses for my son mid-April, contacted customer service 10 days later asking for an update and was advised they were in process and to expect 3-5 business days. They did ship at the end of that 5 days, but it took around 3 weeks to get my son's glasses. Then less than a month later there was a problem with the glasses, a piece on the side fell off, so obviously a manufacturing defect, and I reached out to customer support. CS said it was past their 30 days (website says 1-2 years from *** defects), but *** offers at least a year and to check w/ manufacturer. But I got the extended warranty so tried "Extend" warranty to be told that they don't cover cosmetic issues (plus they don't cover damage - so what are they selling?). So I contacted the mfg who said that the seller "EZ Contacts" is responsible for the 1st year for defects. Contacted EZ Contacts again - they gave me the phone number for the manufacturers' warranty group. The mfg warranty advised that in the first year the seller "EZ Contacts was responsible" to process the claim since the *** group doesn't work directly with clients. Called EZ Contacts again, asked for manager, CSR tried to assist but told me that I needed to either call "Extend" or that they'd cover $20 for repairs if I send them the receipt. Frustrated I sternly explained the info from *** (twice) and asked for manager - transferred to vmail so I was hung up on. EZ Contacts just needs to process the paperwork for the defect, they don't even have to pay for it. Maybe EZContacts is good for contacts, but if there's an issue you have 30 days and I expect that is from shipping. I also suspect that even if you contact them in time they'd push the limit to force you past your 30 days.

      Order # *******.I believe I had to include the order # in my original submission, but my original submission was in July and it's now December so I can't be sure. I shared this # in my calls and in my emails. Providing service in a reasonable amount of time would help improve customer service. It takes months to receive a response if there is any at all. I have recently responded to a previous correspondence. I hope to hear back in a timely manner. Thank you.

      Awesome sunglasses for the summer! EZ Contacts has exceptional customer service hands down. Im ordered eyeglasses to sunglasses. You wont be disappointed.

      I can't say enough about ezcontacts.com. I have been using their services for glasses and contacts for years and LOVE them. I recently ordered glasses and accidentally added the wrong prescription to my order not once but twice (I know, I'm a moron haha) It was a holiday weekend so I contacted customer service via email and they were exceptional with their help to cancel my wrong orders and helping me get on track with my order. I highly recommend them not only for the great selection and prices but for their exceptional customer service.

      I have purchased multiple times from EZ Contacts and they have always been a pleasure to deal with. Very fast response times and timely shipping. I had never heard of them before I placed my first order so I was a little hesitant. Im glad I choose them and they have always come through with excellent customer service and legit products.

      I absolutely love EZContacts! I recently placed an order and make a mistake (wrong color frames); I emailed them and before my order shipped, they replaced the ones I ordered with the ones I meant to order. They were very quick to respond to my email as well! I highly recommend EZContacts for their awesome customer support, as well as their prices!
