      First, great customer service and communication with ordering and prescription making sure everything was correct. Picked out a ***** and progressive transition lens. ******* arrived in a very reasonable amount of time. I was notified of a delay. Tracking once shipped. Quality I expected from a ***** frame and the prescription lens, honestly the best prescription lens I ever owned. Highly recommend EZContacts for prescription eyewear.

      I had a major concern due to shipping. I called in and got Tobi @ezcontacts phone support. She listened to my concerns and was willing to help me make adjustments to my order that gave me a discount. Great customer Service.

      ZERO stars. Awful customer service. Misleading consumers on processing and delivery times. Ordered frames which were in stock and processing time of 1-3 days. Paid for expedited shipping/delivery. When youre lucky enough to get a reply its constant excuses - 2 weeks later I have no glasses and was charged $400 the date I ordered. I have attempted to cancel the order and they refuse. As I read through prior complaints it is the same story. This business should be closed down as they do not deliver what they promise and this seems to be a pattern. I have used other online retailers for glasses and never experienced such unprofessional blatant lies. Consumer affairs needs to investigate this business.

Upon checking, it  seems that our website was not updated at the time when you ordered your product, which caused confusion when they were delayed.


      Our management is aware of this issue and they are working to update the information on our website to reflect the accuracy of our inventory.

      We understand that you wish to cancel your order, but we are unfortunately not able to at this time, as your order has already been sent to the lab and is currently in production. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
       
      However, we want to assure you that you can still return your glasses if you're not happy with them. Our return policy is very generous, and you can return your glasses for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
