      ZERO stars. Awful customer service. Misleading consumers on processing and delivery times. Ordered frames which were in stock and processing time of 1-3 days. Paid for expedited shipping/delivery. When youre lucky enough to get a reply its constant excuses - 2 weeks later I have no glasses and was charged $400 the date I ordered. I have attempted to cancel the order and they refuse. As I read through prior complaints it is the same story. This business should be closed down as they do not deliver what they promise and this seems to be a pattern. I have used other online retailers for glasses and never experienced such unprofessional blatant lies. Consumer affairs needs to investigate this business.

Upon checking, it  seems that our website was not updated at the time when you ordered your product, which caused confusion when they were delayed.


      Our management is aware of this issue and they are working to update the information on our website to reflect the accuracy of our inventory.

      We understand that you wish to cancel your order, but we are unfortunately not able to at this time, as your order has already been sent to the lab and is currently in production. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
       
      However, we want to assure you that you can still return your glasses if you're not happy with them. Our return policy is very generous, and you can return your glasses for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

      Purchased contacts from them a couple weeks ago that unfortunately got lost in the mail. I reached out to them to see what we could do, and they were so nice and helpful. Within a matter of days, they were able to connect me with their shipping partner to file a claim and gave me the option to either have my contacts reshipped or get a refund. Just got my contacts in the mail today. So so happy with their customer service. Will definitely be buying my contacts from them from here on out. Shout out to ****** for being so helpful!!

      Ordered 4 pair of sunglasses with an order total of over ****** with 1 pair to be shipped in ***** days the other 3 shipped immediately, after 13 days from order date I contacted them about the last pair only to find out that they will be delayed another 2-3 weeks so I called them only to be brushed off. terrible customer service and will not be making anymore purchases from them.They never even attempted to contact me about the delay.DO BETTER EZ CONTACTS, JUST TERRIBLE.
