      Complete scam. Stay far away. Ordered something 11/1, never came. Tried to contact the business many many many times. They refused to engage. Finally had to file a dispute with my cc company. Then they suddenly say they are providing a refund. Then they never refunded my money. They are thieves!!! They may pretend to be a legitimate company but when I pay for something, I expect it. When it never shows, I expect my money back. Never shop here unless you want zero star service and a company that openly steals and then lies about it.

      Poor service. Last order was wrong. Tried again based on promises. Free shipping was not honored so paid the required expedite fee for quick delivery but one week later link shows still in transit with no available ETA, update or help from EZ. I have already been charged so stuck waiting with No contacts, no EZ replacement order, No customer service.

      Would give 0 stars if I could. They're shilling fake sunglasses and passing them off as real. Its astounding that a company like this can exist. And once you realize that they are fake you have to pay to ship them back to you.

All our products - eyeglasses, sunglasses, contact lenses, and eyecare - are 100% authentic and are purchased directly from the manufacturer (or their authorized distributors) that produces these products for brand-name eyewear and eyecare companies, and your glasses will include all the accessories (e.g. branded case and cloth, warranty cards, certificate of authenticity, etc.) provided by the manufacturer to ensure their authenticity.  


      That being said, if it appears that the glasses you received are defective in any way, please email us at ******************* with pictures of the issues and we'll be glad to assist you in refunding you or reshipping a new frame.

      Sameday shipping its a scam. I completed a order sameday shipping and also paid for express delivery and I still wanting more than 8 days and still dont have a delivery date. **************** is horrible no one can help you.

      First, great customer service and communication with ordering and prescription making sure everything was correct. Picked out a ***** and progressive transition lens. ******* arrived in a very reasonable amount of time. I was notified of a delay. Tracking once shipped. Quality I expected from a ***** frame and the prescription lens, honestly the best prescription lens I ever owned. Highly recommend EZContacts for prescription eyewear.
