      Had my ******** shipped from ******** to Alaska. The only drawback was the car transporter in ********, showed up a day early and the dealer wasn't ready, so the car didn't get the final service it was supposed to receive. All the other pieces were flawless and the tracker was constantly updated.

      I was dissatisfied with the sales agent response when I called to cancel my booking with this company. Prior to signing the emailed contract, I called and explained that I was concerned with the companys C+ rating with the BBB and wanted to cancel my order. The agent, named ****, responded by saying Oh, youre one of those, I dont have time to deal with this, call customer service and he hung up. A few minutes later, I received a call from a person named **** who said I would be charged $135.00 cancellation fee, which I disputed as I had not signed their contract, nor had a driver been assigned. He also abruptly hung up.This might be a good company, but with the response I received from these two individuals, how could I trust them to safely transport my car. ******* L
