      everyone at Hawaii Car Transport is a liar. My car has been at the port for 32 days waiting to complete the final leg. No one will respond to me and they claim they are not responsible for why my car hasn't moved in over a month. The customer service lady was caught lying 5 different times. If I could leave zero stars, I would.

      Were very sorry to hear about your frustration. We see that you booked transportation for both a ********** and *************** through Hawaii Car Transport. Both were always scheduled to arrive in ******* on 11/10. These estimates took into account the time they would have to wait in ******** for the next leg of the journey, a barge to *******. We do see that the *************** arrived ahead of schedule and is available for pick up. Your ********** is currently on a barge from ******** to *******. It is estimated for arrival later today. Because of the holiday tomorrow, vehicles are available or pick up this week on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. As soon as your vehicle is ready, we will contact you. We sincerely apologize for any frustration this has caused.

      Thank you very much Hawaii Car Transport! When we started our move, one of our biggest challenges was shipping our car to Hawaii. There were so many companies out there and we didn't know what company to choose. With different rates, Hawaii Car Transport gave a fair quote and we decided to move forward with them. The whole process was seamless and the customer service was awesome. Any questions I had were answered immediately with added suggestions and advice. They were also prepared for any problems if you need to contact them. Fortunately, there were no problems. Our vehicle even arrived earlier than the ***. Our vehicle was also in great shape. Just the same as it was picked up. **** was my go to representative and I'm so very thankful for all her help, patience and service. I definitely recommend Hawaii Car Transport when shipping your vehicle especially to Hawaii.

      Great experience. I have used these folks twice now and with ease. Very professional, informational and easy to track ship while transporting from Alaska to lower 48. Wont use anyone else for transport.

      Easy and efficient process from start to finish. At drop off in ********* I was informed oh by the way, your car wont ship until next weekdidnt someone call you? Well, no, they hadnt called. Luckily I had no immediate need for my car in *****, but for someone else that delay may have been a huge issue. Other than that, it was a smooth process. ******* the driver was very polite and professional at drop off at my house.

Unfortunately, estimated dates can sometimes change due to logistics and scheduling adjustments. Updates are automatically sent by email each time a vehicles status changes or moves through the transport process.       After getting a quote from these folks, I was contacted by one of their sales **** numerous times by both phone and email telling me they had availability in my area on the dates requested. I booked the service with them and after 10 days was still waiting for a driver to be assigned. Called left several messages and sent an email to the sales *** that had contacted me with no response. Finally got through to a customer service *** after a ********* hold and was basically told they would pick up the car when they picked it up and I should be happy. The customer service *** had an extreme attitude and when I told her I would cancel the service she said good and hung up the phone. **************** is not in their vocabulary. If you're looking for somebody reliable, this is not the company. I certainly didn't necessarily expect them to pick up the car on the exact date given, but I would think by the time that you waited ********************************************************************************************************* and that they would have some idea of a pickup date. But again basically told they will pick it up when they pick it up. Ultimately, the customer service department dropped the ball here with their attitude and how they dealt with my inquiry and the company's total. Lack of response or caring just gives you an indication of how they will deal with your vehicle when they get a hold of it. And when they tell you they have people in your area ready to accommodate you. That is obviously just a sales ploy.

      I arranged to have my vehicle picked up in the upper mid-west and transported to Hawaii. I asked them to select a pick-up date, as I was flexible, but I explained that I needed the vehicle in Hawaii no later than the middle of the month.They selected the date, found a transporter, picked the vehicle up a day early and shipped it to Hawaii on time and kept me informed along the way.Excellent job, highly recommended.
