      I hired RoadRunner Auto Transport to move my car from ******* to ******* with a scheduled pickup date of 12/06, but no driver ever showed up.The company had very poor communication, provided no updates, and never informed me of any delays or changes. Today is 12/08, and I still have no clear response and no service ************ timeline was urgent, and their lack of professionalism left me stranded without ********** make things worse, they charged me even though they failed to provide the service they promised.Extremely disappointed. I do not recommend this company at all.

      Were very sorry for the frustration caused by your experience. While all pickup dates are estimated due to potential carrier delays, we understand and apologize for the lack of communication and the inconvenience this caused you, especially given your urgent timeline. Your card was charged once a carrier was confirmed, which is our standard process; however, as soon as you chose to cancel on 12/08, we immediately issued a full refund. We truly regret that we didnt meet your expectations and appreciate your feedback.

      everyone at Hawaii Car Transport is a liar. My car has been at the port for 32 days waiting to complete the final leg. No one will respond to me and they claim they are not responsible for why my car hasn't moved in over a month. The customer service lady was caught lying 5 different times. If I could leave zero stars, I would.

      Were very sorry to hear about your frustration. We see that you booked transportation for both a ********** and *************** through Hawaii Car Transport. Both were always scheduled to arrive in ******* on 11/10. These estimates took into account the time they would have to wait in ******** for the next leg of the journey, a barge to *******. We do see that the *************** arrived ahead of schedule and is available for pick up. Your ********** is currently on a barge from ******** to *******. It is estimated for arrival later today. Because of the holiday tomorrow, vehicles are available or pick up this week on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. As soon as your vehicle is ready, we will contact you. We sincerely apologize for any frustration this has caused.

      Thank you very much Hawaii Car Transport! When we started our move, one of our biggest challenges was shipping our car to Hawaii. There were so many companies out there and we didn't know what company to choose. With different rates, Hawaii Car Transport gave a fair quote and we decided to move forward with them. The whole process was seamless and the customer service was awesome. Any questions I had were answered immediately with added suggestions and advice. They were also prepared for any problems if you need to contact them. Fortunately, there were no problems. Our vehicle even arrived earlier than the ***. Our vehicle was also in great shape. Just the same as it was picked up. **** was my go to representative and I'm so very thankful for all her help, patience and service. I definitely recommend Hawaii Car Transport when shipping your vehicle especially to Hawaii.

      Great experience. I have used these folks twice now and with ease. Very professional, informational and easy to track ship while transporting from Alaska to lower 48. Wont use anyone else for transport.

      Easy and efficient process from start to finish. At drop off in ********* I was informed oh by the way, your car wont ship until next weekdidnt someone call you? Well, no, they hadnt called. Luckily I had no immediate need for my car in *****, but for someone else that delay may have been a huge issue. Other than that, it was a smooth process. ******* the driver was very polite and professional at drop off at my house.
