      I found out that a business can lie to you, feel no remorse and somehow still successfully stay in business which is a shame.This company plays no role in your pickup other than bidding the lowest price for a driver. They will provide no help outside of being an intermediary bidder

      Were very sorry to hear about your experience and sincerely apologize for the frustration it caused. While all pickup and delivery dates are estimated, we understand the importance of consistent communication and regret that you experienced delays in updates. A carrier had been assigned to your order, but they unfortunately had to cancel last minute due to mechanical issues. Our team was actively working to find a replacement as quickly as possible, but we acknowledge that the lack of timely communication during this period was unacceptable. We appreciate your feedback and are glad you were ultimately able to get your vehicle transported. Once again, we apologize for any inconvenience caused.

      They charged me on my pick up date but nobody picked up my car at the scheduled time frame and I couldnt reach anyone on that day either

      This company will have a Sales *** contact you, WAY over promise, WAY under deliver. **** ******** was nice and helpful to get the sale, then refuses to return a phone call immediately after. I have left around 8 voicemails, no return call. Then a smug customer service *** gets on the phone after waiting for 25+ mins (its the only way you will talk to someone) and laughs at my situation and tells me I don't know what I am talking about because he's "done this for 20 years". One of the worst shipping companies I've dealt with. I've dealt with quite a few shipping vehicles back and forth places. Roadrunner was one of the worst.

      These guys were great! - from the very beginning they stayed on top of what we needed. They picked up and delivered our car right on time. The driver kept us informed at all times and was super careful and nice.

      Our driver did an exceptional job loading and unloading the Corvette, he took care to make sure the front of car did not drag on trailer.
