1 starHorrible service, destroyed our clutch and cost us $5,000 to replace and pay for labor and parts. Avoided contacts made, no resolution nor offer of any. *** had to hire a different company and they did the job of transport that RoadRunner botched.V2 Logistics Corp.

Mr. ********** you booked this transport last year stating the vehicle was in running condition in regular working order. The carrier UZHaul was dispatched to the MINI dealership to pick up your vehicle. When they arrived, the vehicle was slowly driven approximately ten feet out of a parking spot in order to be loaded onto the trailer, at which point the vehicle started smoking. As you are aware, this is all on video. The brakes were completely locked up. It was in such poor condition that UZHaul was not willing to transport it. At no point was RoadRunner informed the vehicle was in such a fragile state that it could not even be moved. You later told RoadRunner: I was unaware that the car was considered inoperable at that time. According to ************* the problem with my car is a computer issue. However, we obtained this statement from the complaint and service plan from the dealership: BRAKES ARE LOCKING UP AND CONSTANTLY BEING APPLIED. THE VEHICLE HAS BEEN TO TWO DIFFERENT SHOPS. It is also very important to note that you refused the suggested service from MINI, and were attempting to remove it on notice of the risks of the vehicle being driven. Again, none of this was disclosed to RoadRunner during the booking process. Furthermore, you agreed beforehand that internal components of a vehicle such as a clutch would not be covered in the event of a damage claim as no inspection is done of these components prior to transport. Based on the foregoing, your claim was denied. Since your vehicle was not able to be transported, the booking was canceled, and you were issued a refund in full.Review fromSteve P

Drop-off and pick-up were simple, and I was given adequate notice and instruction about the transport. The staff was friendly and professional both in LA when I dropped off and when I picked upthey were thorough and helpful. 5 starsI used Hawaii transport that partnered with this company to ship my car. The communication with great. My driver, Tamir, made sure he reached out 24 hours ahead to select a meeting point and explained why we needed to meet. Upon meeting we chatted for a second but he assured me my car was in good hands. He had quite the journey to make from ************ ** to ***********. My car started its journey on July 24th and I received in it in the condition I shipped it in on August 18th in ******** HI. When returning to the mainland I will Most definitely use them again. 1 starUnreliable and unprofessional - avoid.Engaged RoadRunner (RR) for car transport. The pickup was slated by RR for 8/14. At 6pm my pickup person had not heard from the transporter (Rusol Transport) or RR. I left a voicemail for RR because they were closed and Rusol could be reached to give any indication of the situation. Rusol eventually texted they were running behind and would pick up at 5pm the following day (8/15).RR contacted me on the morning of 8/15 to ask about the message I'd left for them. When I asked for details regarding the timing pickup, they had none to give. They said they would contact their dispatcher and get back to me. They did not. In the afternoon I called back to inquire and got the same exact story and I requested notification by the end of the business day. I received no *************** 4:40pm on 8/15 my pickup person was notified by Rusol that they were running late. At 5:30pm Rusol texted that they would not arrive until the morning of 8/16. At this time RR offices were closed so there was no support to be had.I contacted Rusol directly and told them the job was being canceled. I emailed RR (since I could not reach anyone by phone) and told them the same. RR is going to charge me a cancelation charge for this headache and I still have to arrange the transport.Caveat emptor. If you need a hassle in your life, by all means roll the dice.V2 Logistics Corp.

Were very sorry for the frustration caused by the pickup delays. You booked with us on 8/12 for a ready date of 8/14, and while we secured a carrier within that timeframe, all pickup and delivery dates are estimated, and the assigned carrier unfortunately ran into unforeseen scheduling issues. We regret the lack of communication during this process, and to make it right, weve issued you a full refund with no cancellation fee. 1 starDamaged roof of car, was not seen by a person not tall enough to see the roof. Car then had a cover put on it. Damage was not seen until later after it was driven. They said that because the damage was not seen at the time of delivery that would not cover it, Sent them pictures of damage did not help.V2 Logistics Corp.

We are sorry to hear about your concerns. Your vehicle was delivered on July 1, 2024, and at the time of delivery you signed the Bill of Lading confirming no damages after your inspection of the vehicle. We did not receive any notification of the claimed damage until May 5, 2025, which was more than ten months after delivery. As outlined in the Terms of Agreement you signed prior to shipment, Damage claims must be made within five (5) days of delivery and include all pictures of alleged damage. Due to the significant amount of time that passed and the lack of documentation at the time of delivery, there is no way for either you or us to confirm if the damage actually occurred during transport, or in the ten months following.
