      I wish I had looked at the **** reviews on this company before working with them. Months in advance of our cross-country move, we gave the exact date we wished for our vehicle to be delivered. The pickup date was inconsequential to us. Rather than the vehicle arriving on time, it was 3 days late. Their customer service was absolutely no help, and the shipping company they used was equally unhelpful. I cannot imagine a worse experience with a company.

While we understand your delivery date was important, all pickup and delivery timeframes are estimated, as carriers may face unforeseen delays while in transit. We also apologize that our customer service and the assigned carrier did not provide the level of support and communication you needed during this process.       Last minute pick-up for a reasonable price.Driver was right on time, and dispatch was good at ensuring I was informed of the timing for both pick-up and delivery.

      Shipped my car from ********* to ****** on a Monday to arrive latest Thursday. Before I could say **** ******** I get a text from my brother that it had arrived already early Tuesday evening. I was in shock! So impressed that it was that fast. The driver was great, friendly and obviously knew what he was doing! Very impressed and will recommend again.

      The customer service pre-booking with the brokerage was nice, however once they got the booking it was less than desirable. They wouldnt answer calls, return messages or emails, and I couldnt only get an answer if I called on a number not on my file. I had a pleasant experience with the company that hauled the car, though, and will be going through them directly moving forward.

      I was quoted $1245 to ship my car from ********* to *******. I subsequently changed the pickup location to *********** (much closer to *********), but the cost didn't change. I called about this - I wait on hold a minimum of 10 minutes every time I call - and was told that the price was the same. Then the agent hung up on me. I will never use them again. At least the car arrived safely.
