      I was moving from **********, ************ to *******, ******* not a big market at all. Roadrunner picked my car up on time and had it in ******* within 48 hours! In fact, I phoned and asked if I could get the car picked up sooner and they were able to accommodate me. The driver ***** said my car would be picked up at 8pm and it was at 8 sharp and dropped off at 9pm and it was at 9 sharp! Very impressive and highly recommended!

      I have used Roadrunner in the past with above average results. This time however, service is 48 hours after the scheduled pick up, zero communication, zero follow up; even after reaching out several times. Very disappointing, and extremely frustrating experience.

      The dude on the phone was very ********** car arrived 5 days before it was scheduled to, which for most people that'd be a problem, but for me it wasn't.The only thing better id say is drivers need to communicate at least 24 hours before to confirm the vehicle will be picked up etc.

      Did it all on line. Every thing went smoothly the had the lowest price of all that I had applied to. Jeep was picked up on the day I had ask for. They did kept me informed as the day to ship got closer. On shipping day they gave me the number of the assigned shipper. They called me and gave me a time slot for pickup. They were a few hours late but it didnt matter. The driver was very polite and did a great job. If for no other reason for 5 stars it was because of the driver.
