      STAY AWAY FROM ROADRUNNER!!I purchased a car from a private individual in ******** *****. I needed it shipped to *************. I informed their office the car did not run and, a winch to pull the car on the truck was necessary. An additional $300.00 for this service was charged - no problem just giving them all the information needed. The first delay was the time to pick the car up was after dark and both pick-up and delivery needed to be daylight hours. It took five attempts and the threat of a lawsuit to get the car picked up. The shop where the car was going is in a gated area and had to be delivered between 7:00AM and 7:00PM. This information was given before the contract was signed. Both the business where the pick-up was to happen, and the delivery was to happen went in early and stayed late Five nights in a row. This was by far the worst experience I have had towing a car. Once the process started, I could not stop it. I live in ************* and could not be present when this was happening. Management only gave the cold shoulder as this was happening. I had to pay in advance, so I had no repercussion. STAY AWAY FROM ROADRUNNER!!

      We understand your frustration, but we want to clarify the timeline of your shipment. Your original ready date was set for 2/18, and we secured a carrier, but on 2/12, you called to push it back to 2/20 due to the vehicle not being ready. We confirmed another carrier, and then on 2/18, you requested to delay again to 2/24, which we accommodated by securing a third carrier. While the carrier did run late, all pickup and delivery dates are estimates as stated in our terms. Additionally, when the carrier arrived, the vehicle did not roll, which is a requirement for inoperable shipments as stated in our agreement: "Vehicles shipped in inoperable condition must roll, brake, and steer, and the tires must hold air." Despite this, the carrier still proceeded with the pickup, whereas in most cases, the order would have been canceled. We did our best to work with your changing schedule and ensure transport despite the challenges, and we regret that your experience did not meet your expectations.

      Vehicle picked up on time and delivered as expected. The driver was proficient and communicated pickup, WARNO of expected delivery time to insure signatory availability for multiple State transport. Efficient process from quote to delivery! Highly recommend

      Car was picked on date it was scheduled and dropped off on day 3 also on schedule. Driver ******* was great informed us after loading and called / texted for the drop off .Highly recommended. Also no up front extra charge upon making out the transport submit form. Others upon filling out the summit form had a up front cost before the pick up. Charge upon booking charge.Qouted price was my total!!!!
