      ********** was absolutely terrible to work with. Booking was surprisingly easy but that was the only part of the process that was easy. They committed to picking up our car on Feb 7, we received confirmation multiple times including confirmation the morning of that the car would be picked up on Feb 7. Two hours later, they called us and told us that the company backed out and we'd have to wait until Feb 10th for pick up. The car was picked up on Feb 10 and was expected to be delivered to *****, ID from ******* on Feb 13. On Feb 13th, the people who were supposed to receive the vehicle didn't hear anything about delivery. I had to call to figure out where the car was. I was told at *** that the driver was an hour and a half way from *****. At 7PM, they hadn't shown up and after calling the dispatch, we found out that the car was still in *********, **. On Feb 14th, we were told the car wouldn't be leaving ********* due to the winter storm so we made no plans the recipient to take delivery. That night at *** the recipient missed a call, 17 minutes later received another call from dispatch saying since they missed the driver's phone call, our car was being taken to a tow yard 30 minutes away in ***** and left there over night and they would have to go there to pick it up. The recipient was not given the 2-3 hours notice per what they told us, they weren't even given an option to talk to the driver after missing the call. I'm not sure how the recipient was expected to go get a car ****************************************************************************************************************** the middle of the night. We had to make special arrangements to get them transportation out there because we couldn't guarantee that the towing company could move the car for them. Roadrunner was rude, dismissive and tried to blame "tiny roads" on why they couldn't deliver the car to in *****, ***** which is why they dropped it off in ANOTHER CITY. DO NOT USE THEM.

      Great service. Called immediately and helped with the order. **** me updated on the schedule. Driver was right on time for pickup of the car and the car was delivered in less than 24 hours and in perfect condition.

      Very disappointing experience!!!The company is great at selling you in the beginning and getting you to go with their company compared to others, but in the end it is a bunch of lies. They promised car would be picked up on date I requested. A driver was assigned and then the driver decided not to take the trip. Roadrunner found another driver, but he could not pick up car until two days later. Driver was to notify me that day of time of arrival. I reached out to driver and company later that day after hearing nothing. Next day comes - I reached out again to driver and company. Finally heard from company with no apologies and just excuses. Driver showed up at 7:00pm. Then proceeded to lock his keys in truck and his phone was dead. We invited him in our home because it was -30 with windchill. He finally pulled away at 11:15pm. Then he didnt leave for trip until two days later while our car was on carrier supposedly in a locked area. Again, no communication with company to let us know that information. Then the tracking link Roadrunner provided did not work. We will NEVER use Roadrunner again. We spent more money to go with this company because we thought they were reputable, but definitely not!No one ever followed up with me either to see how everything went. Super disappointed!

      The arrangements were easy, *** was very helpful, communication both from Roadrunner and the carrier was great. Driver was professional and car pickup and delivery were on time. Definitely recommend this service and will be using again!
