      I will be adding to the many negative reviews for this company. I bought a **** **** F5 truck in ********** ********** and wanted to move it to *****, *****. I used the Road Runner Auto Transport website to book the transport. They quoted me $725 for the 390 mile trip. That seemed reasonable. Then they asked for the dimensions of the vehicle, which the seller provided. They then raised the price to $925 because they said the truck was big. I had told them upfront that it was a **** F5 so they should have known it was big when they quoted it in the first place. Then a couple days later they raised it to $1221 because they said the truck was inoperable which was false. The truck ran and moved on its own power. Since I was on a tight timetable, I was forced to agree to this extortion. So the truck was delivered on Monday, December 11 by two guys who clearly were descendants of the Keystone Cops. Despite having ample room to maneuver, they were totally incapable of backing up the trailer with the vehicle on it. This must have been the very first job they ever did and they had no concept of how to drive and back up with a long trailer. Back and forth they went for half an hour, blocking traffic on the main road as they vainly failed to get the concept of which way to turn the steering wheel to get the trailer to go the way they wanted. They talked to each other in Russian I believe, so I couldnt tell what they were saying, but finally after many failed attempts to back the truck up, I had to tell them explicitly how to turn the wheel and where to drive. I couldnt believe how incompetent these guys were. When they finally got to the point where the vehicle could be unloaded, they ran the vehicle into the neighbors fence and bent it over. Then they couldnt get the ramps back on the trailer. I will never call this company again. Bait and switch on the pricing, then send out two incompetents to deliver the vehicle

      BEWARE: STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! Canceled several times on me without even notifying me. They only want your money. Once they charge your card its all downhill from there. Read the owners responses on yelp. Its all copy and paste. All BS!!!

      They dispatched a transportation order to my company, the transportation was VERY SUCCESSFUL on my end, the pay was for 5 days after delivery and it's been over a month they have yet not paid my business. Multiple calls made by my secretary have been made and all they say is that the check was mailed out and then they said that they reissued another check and mailed it out again and that the company had to wait 10 more days for delivery of the so-called replacement check when initially there was no sign of a very first check. The request for a check number was made and when done so the person in charge of accounting "****" was very RUDE, her ATTITUDE in the voice transmitted with an UNPLEASANT RAISEDTONE.I spoke to her and asked one more time"ARE YALL GOING TO PAY ME YES OR NO"? Her reply was NO! I then proceeded to tell her "OK, that's all I needed to know, it's a good thing ALL CALLS ARE RECORDED because I have you recorded as well"!, she quickly lowered her tone and proceeded to say" The check is in the mail" and I disconnected the call. No proof of check # or tracking number has been provided til today and the request has been made multiple times, all our calls have been saved and recorded. *** was suggested but apparently, they do not use ACH. DISAFORTUNATELY I've worked with this company many years back and it was never this disorganized or dishonest til this time in years, for some reason I believe ROAD RUNNER has been sold to what is now V2 LOGISTICS CORP.

      Very unprofessional company, there driver had me waiting for hours after they decided to cancel without letting me know. I was on hold for 2 HOURS, trying to get customers service to answer the phone they never answered. Now I'm waiting for another carrier to get my car. What a scam and terrible company to work with. I regret ever going with them.

      They charged my card after 2 hours on hold to cancel my pickup after they were 2 days late for a pickup. NO online service. I was finally able to get someone on the phone the next day. ******* threatened me with a cancellation fee. He hung up on me when I attempted to speak with him about this bogus charge. Please DO NOT do business with this "company".

Typically, we advise customers to book at the very least a week in advance to allow sufficient time for carrier confirmation. While your credit card was eventually charged, we only did so after successfully confirming a carrier for your shipment, which aligned with the policies contained in our signed shipping agreement. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused during your attempts to reach us. Upon learning of your desire to cancel, we processed your refund immediately. Regarding your negative interaction with a team member, we are currently investigating the matter internally, as their actions do not reach the high level of customer service we aim to provide.       I recently had a car transported in ********. My car was having transmission issues and requested the use of a wench to assist with the safe transportation of my vehicle. The tow truck driver showed up to my residence and backed the car off of the trailer. He also said he did not use the wench and loaded the car under its own power. Not only did the driver not use the service requested, Road Runner is unwilling to issue a refund for the unused service fee that I paid. I have spent hours on hold only to be hung up on. I have simply been robbed. This business is criminal and should be investigated.

      I spoke with representative *************************. The whole purpose of the call was to simply ask questions. But for some reason that was bothersome for *******. My biggest concern was not being available to pick up my vehicle until the evening because I am in the ************ and they are not so accommodating. Once he provided the options, I mentioned that I was not able to meet those requirements, and that's when the conversation turned sour. He seemed to get frustrated because I was not willing to accommodate the driver. The conversation came off as him scolding me telling me by saying this was a big purchase and I needed to make time to pick up my vehicle no matter what was going on with my schedule. He went on to mention that this deal was a two-way street and that I had to be accommodating because the driver couldn't be waiting around for me all day with an 18-*******. On top of his frustration, he went on to say that the company ships over ***** vehicles a week, and if they have to sacrifice business with me because I am not available at the time of pick up they will do so. Along with saying that he would not tell me what I wanted to hear because I was not accommodating to the driver's schedule. I was very taken aback as I was calling to inquire about my overall options and ******* seemed irritated by my questions. I understand 100% that the drivers are extremely busy and they should not wait on customers, that was not the issue. It just seemed that he was annoyed because I was not 100% willing to accommodate the drivers. Overall the conversation convinced me NOT to go through with Road Runner Auto Transport. ******* approached the call very abrasive and demeaning. I had been set on this company for a couple of weeks and one phone call with ******* was enough for me not to go through with further buisness with the company. It seemed through the call that he did not care to lose me as a customer. I truly believe I dodged a bullet and will seek my business elsewhere.

      Terrible company to do any business with. when there are problems with shipments, they are not helpful, nor professional in any way. I had to ship 1 vehicle and had nothing but problems with them from day 1. they never answer the phone and if they do they take minimal info and put you back on hold/transfer you and never answer the phone again. i have called them at least 20 times within 2 days and been on hold each time for over 20+ min with nothing. i dont even know where my vehicle is since no one wants to tell me anything.

      **********************RoadRunner Auto Transport did not provide any services based on what we agreed. Once they collected my complete payment of *******, they did the following:1. Changed the date of the Car pick-up and drop-off by 4-5 business days; My business trip was already scheduled, and I could not use my car within the days provided;2. The company never responded to my phone calls in a timely and cooperative manner;3. They did not provide any reliable cancelation options. I was ready to pay a cancellation fee, but they collected the whole amount.No service was provided, but the complete payment was collected.
