      Do not use this company. I had 2 vehicles transported from ***** to **********. They only brought me 1 vehicle. The other vehicle they damaged and dumped in a hotel parking lot. After multiple calls and emails i still have no response from the company. Do yourself and your vehicles a favor and do not use this company ever!!!!

      This organization is horrific. There is zero follow-up and if you try to call you are usually on hold for 45 min to an hour. Do yourself a favor - run from this organization. I tried to use this company to ship my car and at the last minute, I was told that they needed another $250 if I wanted my car picked up. Then, guess what??? nobody ever showed up even though RoadRunner said *************** was "on there way". I had to cancel my order. I could not take the dysfunction of this company. I highly recommend you DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TO SHIP YOUR AUTO. AWFUL!!!!

      Do not work with this company. I was quoted one price on the phone, then the contract came with a different price. I had also explained that I was driving my car from out of state and could only be available after a certain time. They assured me that was possible. When I received the contract it just stated that I needed to be available within 30 minutes of a carrier arriving or I would be charged an extra $100. When I explained my schedule and that I was told an afternoon pickup was possible, I was told that no, this isn't possible and they would charge me if I wasn't there in time. They did not try to work with me in any way.

      Roadrunner Auto Transport does not provide the services they say they will. Once booked and money is paid, there are no calls, no updates from anyone and there is no tracking. I have called multiple 800 numbers that nobody answers. Finally got one person that did answer the phone ********** from *******) and he hung up on me. No responses to emails for an update either. Issues are the same as previously reported. The *** of this company should be embarrassed. They clearly do not care because they continue to misrepresent their services and no improvement has been made from all the other poor reviews the company has received.

      My car was supposed to be picked up 9/8, then I was told it was going to be picked up 9/9, that didn't happen. Then I was told it was going to be picked up 9/10, didn't happen. My car wasn't picked up till Monday 9/11 at 1:30pm. I flew out of NE on 9/9 so I was not there when my car was finally picked up. to add insult to injury, I had perishables in my car that was packed with dry ice, well by the time I received my car they were spoiled. the dry ice would've preserved the food had the car been picked up on time. Now to add salt to the wound, I had items stolen out of my car.I choose RoadRunner because of the 5-star rating. I see you have to be famous in order to get 5-star service, us regular hard-working people get less than poor service.STAY AWAY FEOM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Sincerely,Totally unsatisfied customer

We understand the importance of timely service and we acknowledge that the delay in this case resulted in the spoilage of your items. It's important to note that all dates and times provided are estimated in our scheduling process, and while we strive for punctuality, unforeseen circumstances such as traffic and road closures can sometimes lead to delays. Regarding the unfortunate incident of items missing from your vehicle, we want to express our sincere sympathy. However, we do let all of our customers know ahead of time that there is no way to account for individual items within a vehicle as no inventory is taken of such items at each stage of the shipping process. To do so would add immeasurable time and expense to the shipment of every vehicle. We apologize for falling short of your expectations, and we take your feedback seriously as it helps us improve our services. We truly value all our customers, and we're committed to ensuring a better experience in the future.       This company is extremely shady and unprofessional. They quoted me a price on two cars with the deposit amounts. When the final bill came the deposit was different than what was discussed. I had no problem paying the higher deposit but when I called to discuss it with the manager ***** she answered the phone with an attitude, said there was nothing she could do, and then hung up on me. When I called back in to speak to my original representative *************************, I let him know I would not be going with the quote because of how ***** treated me. I reassured him that his service was great and it had nothing to do with him. He then immediately got rude and began questioning me about the other company I decided to go with. I told him I didnt want to share that information and just wanted to be connected to someone who I could tell about ****** behavior and then **** ALSO HUNG UP ON ME. I have never experienced such terrible service when I was polite and professional. Do not work with this company! They are shady, rude, and extremely unprofessional.

      My brother committed suicide and I needed to get home quickly. Not only did they change the date and price multiple times, they were incredibly rude, demeaning and unprofessional. I finally had to tell them that my brother died and to stop speaking to me with such disrespect. Im horrified this company exists and I am sorry I used them. NEVER AGAIN

      I would give it zero if I could. I was given a quote for my vehicle which has a rooftop tent, that is something I mentioned while setting up the pick-up over the phone around 8 am. I did also mention that is has tires wider than the body. They said they would send a carrier on 8/14. At 1:30pm, the carrier called to ask if I could bring my vehicle to their lot even though the service is door to door. I said no because the reason Im shipping it back home is because it can only drive short distances and they said okay and hung up. A guy called at 3 to say he would be there in 10 minutes, but when he got there, he was clearly unfamiliar with how to drive a larger Jeep and put it in 4x4 before taking it off of his truck and saying he is canceling the order because he cant make it fit behind the other vehicle he had. He put the jeep back on the street and left. RoadRunner then failed to provide another carrier, they also failed to call me back and say they would no longer be able to take it on 8/14. I was on hold for 3 hours before they eventually closed without answering. Today 8/15, I was on hold for a while until someone answered and told me that no carrier wanted to take my vehicle and that I could either wait for a new carrier to want to take it or cancel it. I have to fly home at 3pm, something I also told them and the reason they agreed to same day pick-up when I placed the order, so I had to cancel. Waste of time and ************* (the carrier they originally provided) was the worst part. They made it so easy to set up the delivery but failed to uphold any standards after that. Pathetic.

      Roadrunners Auto transport is a scam !! Quote 1335$ than they call me and it when up to 1545$, pick up my car three days later than what we agree, today its been 4 days pass the day they agree on drop off of my car I have given them at least five phone calls no one ever answers back.       Very bad auto transport company Have a better price to transport my two cars from ******** to ******* but have worst results and ended up not using them by switching to a different company.They said originally will pick up within one or two days of scheduled date and they never did. Additionally their communication was very bad and they seldom pick up phone after contract signed. When queried they keep on post phoning and one week is gone by and nothing happened. The dam reason they gave truck broke and getting repaired.We would never recommend this company for interstate auto transport.
