      I had them transport a vehicle from ***** to ***** and another vehicle from ** to *****. Very good service. Driver of transport was very good. He called about delivery dates and pickup times, keeping ** informed on the progress of the shipments. Both went smooth.

      Fabulous customer service from beginning to end. My vehicle was in the same condition when I picked it up after crossing the Pacific ocean. My one thought was to suggest adding a tracking service, like what is offered when we ship packages (that usually cost a lot less than a vehicle). I would love to be able to see that my vehicle was received at the port, then loaded onto **********. Be able to see that ********** has set sail, and is scheduled to arrive on time, etc. Otherwise, I have no critiques. Thank you for your all your help!

      Road Runner was the only carrier I talked to who could give me a date and firm price upfront. The car was picked up within three or four days, and delivered on time.Others wanted me to commit while they looked for an available carrier and could only give an estimated price upfront. Road Runner will be my first call for any future needs.

      They have the best customer service! So helpful and kind. My van arrived in **** safe and sound. I didnt receive any tracking updates during the process which would be my only complaint. But they said it was because of a new system update so hopefully from here on they are able to send out updates on time. My friends in Cali were able to pick up my van for me with no trouble at all. Even though we made changes to the pickup person at the very last minute (shout out to ********* in customer service!). If we ship our second vehicle we will definitely go through Hawaii Car Transport again.

      Worse company ever. Roadrunner auto transportation can not be trusted to do a job. They will take your money, confirm your request for transportation then leave you high and dry. Total lack of communication. Total lack of respect for the customer. I've never seen a company run like this one is. Beware. The anxiety involved is through the roof. They claim to be #1 in the business. This advertisement statement is so far from the truth. They are the worse and should not be allowed to be in business. Very rude customer service representatives. I called them 3 times to try and find out when my vehicle was going to be picked up. No satisfaction, no trust, no communication. We ended up renting a trailer and hauling the vehicle ourselves.

      I appreciate the service from the minute I first placed the call to schedule the transfer of vehicle up to the day of arrival at new location. The vehicle was in tact, no scratches, dents or loss of anything. Delivery time/day was accurate based on estimated time given. Very professional and respectful of others property.
