      Good company! The process was super easy and straight forward. Received a quote and from there everything went really smooth. Door to door pick up and drop off was extremely easy to coordinate. One thing to note is door to door service may not really be door to door. Road size and access matter. Also if service is needed on a military installation the pick up and/or drop off will be somewhere within the proximity of the installation. In my case both pick up and delivery occurred in a large near by parking lot. (ie. ******* etc.). Even with that, the service was still very convenient. I would utilize their service again. Fair price, reasonable pick up and drop off date/time, as well as good service.

      Everyone I spoke to at Alaska Car Transport in ********* were great, especially **** when I had to have someone else pick up the car from the port. The process was pretty smooth but for me it was NOT a door to door service. I live in a rural area with gravel roads so I had the pick up from a relative's location in a neighborhood near the airport. It wasn't until the day the driver was coming to get it that I was told by the driver that he had to meet somewhere with a large parking lot area since his rig could not handle neighborhood streets. If I had known that in advance it would have been fine but last minute changes when I was out of state caused a bit of scrambling over the phone to make it happen. That's my only criticism of the service which was provided. The car arrived in 10 days instead of the estimated ***** and it was in the same shape as when it was shipped. Overall was pleased with the service.

      Fast estimate, but ***** neglected to inform us a bank letter was required to ship our car from Hawaii to the mainland since we have a loan on our car. We had to reschedule our flights due to the paperwork. Our car arrived in same condition as we shipped it.

      Transporting my daughters car wasnt something I was anticipating having to do in the midst of losing my husband and moving her back home from college. However, Road Runner Auto Transport and the folks who work/contract with them were all beyond helpful, kind, considerate and super professional. I was so scattered with so much going on and I was so grateful for their patience with me. When I did finally see the vehicle needed to be transported, Road ********************************************************* specifically) worked so hard to be sure it would be picked up and delivered within the time frame I needed. It was an extra expense I wasnt expecting which is always hard, but the professionalism, kindness and courtesy with which Road Runner, ****** and their drivers treated us with made the process so much easier and nice.

      ********* were great, quick to respond and thorough. Best part: Up-front pricing, no worries about increased cost. Another plus is you can pay 100% by card and not worry about COD. The drawback: Up-front pricing may not yield the lowest cost; however, it is guaranteed vs getting a lower quote then being asked for more money when a driver isn't found to accept the low quote. Another drawback is the tracking on their website, it just has checkmarks for booking complete, scheduled pick up and delivery, etc. It's **** where real-time tracking is the norm, not sure why Roadrunner hasn't incorporated that yet? Amazon does it, ******* does it, even every single pizza chain does it. This 4-star would have been 5-star with real-time tracking.
