      Great communication. Car was picked up and delivered in the specified time frames. The driver contacted me before picking up the car and again before it was delivered.

      Excellent service in transporting a vehicle I purchased all the way from the mid-west to down south. No issues whatsoever. Driver was great and we met up in an industrial area I mentioned so that he could easily unload the transport with no hassle. You can't beat the price for the service that was offered.

      I booked for my Jeep to be shipped on March 3rd and booking it February 23rd. From Feb 23rd to now it was extremely hard to get in contact with the company to ask questions. There was very little communication with the shipping coordinator *********************** & the representatives of the company. I spoke w a representative yesterday about not getting an email yet of what carrier will be picking up my car. The representative sounded as if she was annoyed and was ******* me off of the phone. However they told me I would get an email between 1-5 days before the carrier would pick it up. Obviously I did not yet get an email as she told me. I called today the day before my car I thought was supposed to get shipped back. I was very distraught about the lack of communication from the company and its representatives. Today I was told that my car wouldnt be shipped between March 4th-March 5th & that the carriers are off on the weekends. Again, no one has communicated that with me at ALL! The representative pretty much said that is not there responsibility to communicate with us and it part of the contract I was very upset, however the representative was also laughing in the background bc I was very upset about the situation. Eventually I did get more upset by her tone and attitude towards me and she hung up on me. I said all of this to say DO NOT BOOK WITH ROAD RUNNER AUTO TRANSPORT BECAUSE THEY LACK ********************* REPRESENTATIVES ARE HORRIBLE!!!!

      Booked and paid and no one will answer when I call in. Also tried leaving a voicemail 3 days straight to an extension and that person wont call me back.
