      It can be dicey shipping a vehicle. Roadrunner reviews were good and priced reasonably so I went with them. Very please with the service. While they are a broker, they connected me with a great transporter who picked up the car from my daughter in ** and transported it to me in SC. The driver communicated well and was very courteous. While the price was a bit higher than originally quoted, Roadrunner explained that they do their best to quote the current market, but it does fluctuate during the year. I would recommend RR.

      Hi RoadRunner, Successfully picked up, transported, and delivered our vehicle without any damage. They were early to pick up and early to deliver which was great. Just FYI, the trucks and trailers need plenty of room to load and drop off, so dont expect them at your doorway and the vehicle was pretty dirty upon delivery which makes sense after driving across the country uncovered. The price was fair, cheaper that flying, driving and flying back.I would use them again.

      Very satisfied with the transport. Professional, good communication and courteous. Would use them again. Dont like taking delivery in the dark as you cant inspect well, but thats not thier fault.

The driver maintained excellent communication throughout the transport process, ensuring I was informed at every stage. From confirming the pickup to notifying me of his approach and updating me 30 minutes before delivery, his professionalism was commendable.At delivery, the driver not only exhibited a personable demeanor but also demonstrated meticulous care in unloading my vehicle.       Awful to deal with. Non-responsive once they have your order. My initial contact was with an agent who was short and did nothing more than take my info and rushed off the call. I did call back to clarify and add insurance as their included coverage is basically useless. I never received a complete contract and cancelled my order after two weeks of non-answered v-mails and e=mails to them. Let the buyer beware

      I am going through their other company that is called RoadRunner. I booked a day with them to get my car transported from ********** to Washington and I everything was going smooth until I needed to reschedule I have been calling them for the past 3 days calling and emailing them to try and reschedule I only received 1 email back to say its okay you dont have to reschedule we dont have to have anyone there for pick up just leave the keys in a hidden spot and we can get it. I said no thank you I dont feel comfortable doing that I would like to reschedule for another day. I cannot get through to anyone. The one time I did get someone to answer the phone was when I put in for another quote and they answered and I told them I didnt need that I just needed to speak to someone about rescheduling my already existing he said Ill get someone for you then put me on hold for over an hour where no one ever picked up. I am highly upset over all this I even called the company that they dispatched and said that would be picking up my car and they looked through their records and said they do not have anything for that and that RoadRunner had a record of doing that
