      Five stars. Theyre kind of cryptic with communication, but thats not why I paid them. I paid them to move my car across the country on a tight schedule and they did that very well on the timeline advertised.If youre new to this, work with them. Professional and friendly.

      DO NOT WALK BUT RUNNNNNNN!!!! Worst possible experience. Lied about cost, horrible customer service, charged card 3xs when I rejected the terms of shipment. That is fraudulent activities in my book. Soooo thankful that I did not use them and went with someone else. But imagine if I did. All this headache without having my vehicle in hand was enough damage for me.

      Booked through RoadRunner Auto Transport, logistics by V2 Logistics Corp and transport done by MC ******The sales part was covered well with a ton of followups towards me finishing my booking online; my context being I had zero time to talk on the phone about it, wanted an easy online experience only. Kudos on when I asked for a specific timeline for pick up, before booking, it was provided quickly! The transport was done by MC ****** Post carrier assignment there was no response from Roadrunner / V2 Logistics Corp which wasn't too impacting in the end, as the estimates for pickup and delivery were followed. MC Trans picked up and delivered right on time with outstanding coordination at drop off; driver was super nice and helpful. Despite being slightly annoyed from the lack of one response they ignored to provide - all went super well and am thankful for that. 5/5

      First time shipping my car, I chose Road Runner Auto Transport to ship my car from ******* to ******* because of the military, then regretted it after booking because i thought it was a scam because of many other reviews, but trusted God & the whole process. My car got here on time safely! Azad the delivery driver for ******* Transport *** was super kind! I do recommend! & for my next PCS I will choose them again
