      DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! You will sit on the phone for hours just to get a terribly rude person on the other end that's unwilling to help. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!

      I am hoping this gets to somebody. I have been on hold for over and hour. My car was supposed to be picked up yesterday and no contact from anyone. I need my car shipped, because my daughter is leaving college for the summer and we are going to Hawaii. That is the entire reason we picked this date. ************************* is the sales guy, and he won't return calls or emails. Booking #R695527

      After reading all the reviews I was skeptical of this company. However, I would definitely recommend Roadrunner. They recently transported my m550 from *** in ****** to Philly. Very easy booking process. I received an estimate online of $525 which was the final price I paid. I did not experience any "bait and switch" of prices like other reviewers claimed. The car was picked up in ****** a day sooner then quoted and delivered to my home the next day by a driver named ****** with Angel ******** The car arrived in pristine condition and ****** was very professional. My only complaint is that I received very limited and general updates during the process and the tracking app did not work for me. Roadrunner should look into this communication issue. Other than this minor issue, I had a very positive experience and will use Roadrunner again in the future.

      I am quite satisfied with the service and process of handling my Jeep. I believe the staff is efficient and courteous. They also explained to me everything I needed to know in a clear manner and were ready to answer any questions I had on both, when dropping off my car and when pick it up at the other Port. I'm aware that every situation is different and that there could be complications or issues, however, my experience was free of those. I was happy to see my Jeep brought back to me shiny as I left it.

      So the I reached out to Roadrunner transport after I had gotten tired in waiting for the dealership to find a transporter. The car was being transported from ** to **, the company that was brokered through Roadrunner was a reputable company and delivery was fast. They even arrived a day earlier than expected. The only set back was the car was covered in oil from being under other vehicles. If you want to avoid this you might want to spring for the covered trailer. Roadrunner was quick and gave me a price that was slightly below average for the trip. The day after I purchased the contract from Roadrunner the next day they had a driver/trailer assigned to my vehicle. There was no additional charges and surprise fees that I experienced. This was my first time doing a auto transport and it went really well.

      I hired Road Runner to transport my 2017 ***** CX-5 from ******** AZ to ***************** ** in April 2024. They assigned the job to F1 Auto Transport. I contacted Road Runner twice to verify the pick up would be ontime and I was assured it would be. I was given the telephone number for F1 and their dispatcher also promised ontime pick up. Sadly, the driver showed up 24 hours late. I had to book a hotel room in AZ and change my airline reservations because of the delay. The driver took approximately 20 photos of the ***** before it was loaded. The vehicle arrived in ** a day late. It had two deep scratches in the roof (passenger side rear) which clearly matched the support system for the trailers upper tier. The upper tier had settled on the roof of my car at some point during the trip. The driver did not want to discuss the problem and told me to file a claim. Road Runner's claim process required that I submit two estimates for repair and send in photos of the damage. One estimate was approximately $1900 and the other was just over $2000. It took a couple of attempts before Road Runner acknowledged they had received all the documents but a eventually was assigned a claim number. That was the end of the process. Road Runner said that F1 was at fault and had to pay for the damage. The F1 dispatcher said the estimates were too high and refused to pay anything. Road Runner said they were not responsible since F1 was supposed to have insurance to cover the claim. F1 refused to provide any contact information other than a telephone number in ********** **. They also refused to supply any of the pictures taken when my ***** was picked up. Road Runner and F1 Transport have both refused to offer any type of settlement for my losses in this transaction.
