5 starsI had booked with another company that failed to get transport for my car and did not communicate with me. I reached out to Roadrunner, and they had a transport there the next day. The trip from ** to AZ went without a hitch, and my car arrived in perfect condition. Roadrunners price was several hundred dollars less, and I would definitely use them again.V2 Logistics Corp.

1 starThe estimated date I was quoted for being able to pick up my car from Hawaii Car Transport came and past. I called on May 20th and again May 21st and I was told they could not give me a date. Car was shipped from **** to *** location. I was told by sales I had 5 biz days to pick up from when I receive my notice the car is ready. This happened on May 22nd. On May 21 I rescheduled my original flight from AZ to **** which was on 23rd to 30th and rescheduled my time off with work since no one could confirm on 21st. Then on 22nd I was told because I would not pick up to 28th I have to pay 2 days of storage. I called my sales person on 22nd ******* who said he would look into this and call me back, he never did. On 23rd when I called him back he said someone was to have called me and hold on, 5 minutes later I am back unknowing to the customer care **** I spoke the day before to. I am told I will have to pay since Tuesday is a holiday if I pick up after Wednesday. So new person tells me I have until the 29th. How does a company a) keep customers guessing when they can pick up their car and b) how does the clock start the day you are notified as part of your 5 biz days. None of this was in the contract, it says to speak to their customer service ****. Their customer service and business processes are severely lacking. I would not rent from them again. We will have spent over $2300 with storage fees from dropping off and picking up (dropping off we were aware). Good luck planning to pick up your car unless you can just drop everything and jump on a plane with very minimal notice. I guess when you are limited in your transport options business can get away with not having integrity. So you really have 4 biz days since they count the day they notify you!V2 Logistics Corp.

All dates provided are indeed estimates, and while the estimated ready pickup date was initially set for May 20th, we did not receive any updates from Pasha until May 22nd. Upon receiving this information, we promptly sent you an email advising you to schedule an appointment directly with the port for pickup. As per Pashas policy, customers have five business days from the notification of readiness to pick up their vehicles. We understand the frustration caused by the storage fees, and we strive to provide transparent communication regarding potential additional costs, as stated in our terms and conditions. We regret any misunderstanding and are committed to reviewing and improving our processes to ensure a smoother experience for our customers in the future. 1 starThis is a terrible company. I scheduled an auto shipment a month ago b/c I'm moving out of state. They have sent me numerous emails and text messages claiming that my "shipment is on schedule." They were supposed to pickup my car today and when I called them to ask about a time window, they told me they had not yet assigned a carrier to my job. Now, I have to hire another company, on short notice (I'm leaving the state tomorrow) which is costing me nearly twice as much. When I spoke with Roadrunner customer service today to tell them that they had sent me txt messages informing me that they would pickup the car today, the woman got ANGRY with me and said "I'm sure we never told you we would pickup your car today, we simply said that your shipment was on schedule." This was a crazy contradiction.V2 Logistics Corp.

1 starDO NOT USE Road Runner Auto Transport. Absolutely the worse shipper I have ever used (I have shipped over 50 cars)! Their **************** is non existent. They dont answer calls (endless hold). They missed several promise dates even after confirming. Raised the price by 40% from originally accepted quote ("paid in full" means nothing). The added benefit is they are very rude and short and unhelpful after you wait in hold for close to an hour just to find out why they didn't show up.Terrible service, rude to customers, significantly higher billing than accepted quote.Can I give them Zero Stars or Negative Star? Seems 1 star is too manyV2 Logistics Corp.
