      I was supposed to have a vehicle picked up 6/3/2024 and received an email to confirm the pick up. I called the phone number provided and waited over an hour but no one answered. I left several voicemails and after another hour of waiting on the phone eventually spoke with someone. They just gave me the number to a subcontractor Union Five LLC. I attempted to call this number and again waited for almost an hour but could only leave a voicemail, ironically they both use the same answering service. Hmm... If you want a vehicle transported I'd advise staying away from either of these companies. Ridiculous!

To resolve the situation, we assigned a new carrier who was able to complete the transport closer to your requested time frame. We have addressed the communication issues internally and with carriers to improve our service. Once again, we apologize for any inconvenience caused.

      They are NON-Responsive, even after securing a contract! I called to expedite my requested ship date as the "tracking" was showing my car had not been assigned a carrier up to the day before the date I booked/requested. When they finally did call me back (I left a message after holding numerous times for over 45 minutes) their reply was vague at best stating - "it could be any minute now". If you want to save yourself some stress, USE ANOTHER COMPANY TO SHIP YOUR CAR.

      Grifters. They smile and compliment you until they get your money, and then you will never hear from them again. We were told seven days to get our car from ******* to ********, and it took twenty six. We called many times, and NEVER received a call back. The only way we knew anything was the frustrated calls from the driver.
