      ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. I engaged for their services on May 30th, and received a confirmation for pickup on May 31st with delivery on June 3rd. This was then updated by Road Runner to say pick up on June 6th and delivery on June 9th. all still good. I called to confirm. I also called the carrier that was assigned to confirm the pickup - the carrier said they were 30 minutes away from the dealer.....but was not the truth as the carrier arrived at the dealership after the close of business. The following morning, on June 7th, I received an e mail from Road Runner saying there was reassignment of transport carriers and now the car would be picked up TBD with delivery possibly on Monday, June 10th (of which I had communicated with RR from the beginning that I would be out of town this entire week and thus June 9th was critical). I called Road Runner the morning of June 7th to understand better the situation....very unprofessional and not helpful so I asked that my order be canceled and my money returned. The representative said OK and hung up on me. PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT ENGAGE THIS COMPANY

      Very weirded out by all of the negative comments? I've literally never had better customer service from the very first outreach. They replied to emails within ten minutes (not even joking) answered every phone call, were exceedingly kind, and they got my car to destination (**** to **********) even a day earlier than expected. I was SO hesitant to go with this company after reading all of the horrible reviews...but I ran out of time to research and just went with it. Very glad I did. Don't always believe everything you read!!

      Roadrunners did double brokering with two loads we moved as brokers, we got booked by Coastal Car Sales through Central Dispatch to move two vehicles from ******* to ********, when we required payment for the first vehicle through Zelle as we agreed to, they sent a picture with a Zelle transactions on PENDING status, and said we needed to wait as Zelle and **** of America had this new policy of waiting on first time transactions, the driver delivered the second vehicle and Coastal Car Sales sent another picture for a second transaction with the same status. At the delivery of the second vehicle, we must receive $350 cash as complement of the agreed payment. We called the final client, she refused to pay as ROADRUNNERS stated in a contract that she only would receive the car at her house two days later. This lady didnt know we were a third party at this point and neither do we. Weve been trying to collect the money from the Company that booked us without any luck, further investigation led us to discover these two companies (Coastal Car Sales and Roadrunners are ***own by the same people. For that reason, we are requesting the payment of $2,750.00 corresponding to the two dispatched orders.We are attaching pictures of the two dispatched orders, the two delivered vehicles and the information on both companies.
