      It was a good experience. Like the website for the ability to track everything. It was a lifesaver when I was unable to talk to a person. Process should have been explained better. I now better understand it having gone through it. Didn't get the 2 hours out heads up, I was told I would get from the driver, but everything still went rather smoothly any way.

      I was quoted a price the day of pick I was sent am email to call to confirm pick than I learned that the quote given to me was going to be higher than the one agreed by this time I had accrued 4 more days of storage on my vehicle since the agreed to pick it up earlier now it was either I pay more money or we cancel your transport I wouldn't recommend doing business with this company the want to squeeze as much money as they can...

Typically, we recommend booking 1-2 weeks in advance to ensure smooth coordination of pick-up dates. We understand your urgency since you booked the day before and were accruing storage fees. Regarding the increased rate, there can sometimes be a surge in demand around the time of a customers desired shipment dates, leading to a lack of carrier availability. In order to try to accommodate your desired dates and avoid further shipment delays, we contacted you to offer an optional rate increase. Whenever this happens, customers are always free to either wait for more carrier availability or cancel at no charge. We regret that we were unable to meet your expectations in this instance. Your experience is not indicative of the level of service we aim to provide. We appreciate your feedback and will use it to improve our services moving forward.

      Although the pick up was two days late, the driver made up for it with the delivery. He brought the car on time and delivered it to a more convenient location than originally planned. We are very grateful!

      Road Runner located a car hauler driver who took our classic ** **** ******* from ******* to *******. The car was picked up in a timely manner, was transported safely to its destination.       I really appreciate how easy they made shipping my car to Hawaii, and I really loved getting email updates on where it was and what the arrival date was looking like, even uploading files via their website was so convenient. I shipped a car to Hawaii with a different company years ago and it was so difficult and stressful, this place made it the easiest thing about my move.
