      Used roadrunner transportation for the first time and the process was quick and easy. The time of pick up and delivery was well maintained and the driver was very nice and kind.       Confirmed a morning pick up and then informed the day before it would be an afternoon pick up. At noon the day of pickup I was informed it would be a 7-9pm pickup. At 3pm I was updated that they would not be picking my car up until tomorrow.I had to make my flight home so I had to leave my car unattended with the keys and a prayer it wouldn't be stolen.When I called to complain, I waited on hold for 45 minutes before being told that they do not offer compensation of any sorts for their OWN DELAYS.It is now the next day at 2pm and my car still has not been picked up. Truly a horrible service. Now just to see if my car shows up damaged!

      BAIT AND SWITCH. QUOTED ONE PRICE. RECEIVED PAPERWORK FOR THAT PRICE. TRIED TO SCHEDULE AND THEY UPPED IT $300. cALLED TO ASK, AND GET IT BACK TO ORIGINAL PRICE AND THEY UPPED IT ANOTHER $200. $500 MORE TO 'BOOK THE CONFIRMATION' OUTRAGEOUS SCAMMERS
