The whole operation was professional From beginning to end...You are informed Of every step of the process And can check Exactly what's going on with your automobile Online...       Using RoadRunner was a massive headache I recommend looking elsewhere. Despite being attentive during sales, their organization of the actual move was a disaster.Scheduling Issues:During the sales call, we confirmed specific pickup and drop-off dates. However, a few days before the move, they sent an estimate with different dates. Multiple calls to rectify this left me on hold for over 20 minutes each time. They claimed the dates depended on the drivers, yet the new dates were impractical, suggesting a same-day cross-country pickup and delivery. Eventually, they called back to confirm pickup times that would work for me (thought not the original dates).Pickup Problems:The driver called to pick up the car two days early, with only three hours' notice. After sorting that out, they attempted pickup again the next day, still the wrong date. Despite numerous attempts to contact RoadRunner, they never answered. The driver finally picked up the car on the correct date but gave only a 5-minute notice.Drop-off Debacle:The drop-off was equally chaotic. The driver arrived at the wrong time (while I was flying), despite our prior agreements. They promised to wait but attempted early delivery anyway. Initially, they dropped off the car in the wrong town (********** instead of *********) due to RoadRunner providing the incorrect address. The driver eventually delivered the car to the correct address.Hidden Fees:Additionally, they failed to mention that insurance is an extra cost until well after booking, resulting in a surprise +$100 fee after I had already made the reservation and paid the deposit.Car deliveries are supposed to save time and alleviate the stress of moving. With RoadRunner, I paid a lot to spend time on hold, repeat information multiple times, constantly correct their mistakes, and pay hidden fees.Im giving two stars instead of one since the car did eventually arrive.

Additionally, the delivery zip code was initially provided incorrectly at the time of booking, which impacted the coordination of the drop-off. Our team strives to meet customer expectations, but unforeseen factors can affect scheduling. Regarding the coverage, it is an optional service, and we strive to make all charges transparent before finalizing reservations. We regret that your experience did not meet your expectations, and we appreciate your understanding.

      This is the third vehicle I have shipped with Hawaii Car Transport. My car was picked up 2 days earlier than expected and delivered intact to Hilo 4 days earlier than I expected. All the details start to finish handled professionally.
