      No nice way to say it but terrible! Planned ahead and agreed to pick up my car in 3 weeks and when the date came, their excuse was "it can be picked up either today or between today and 3-4 days." Even after that, nothing happened and no updates. Also, it takes a minimum of 30 minutes to call them since I'm on hold trying to resolve the issue everyday for almost a week long. Never will consider again and moved on to another shipping company very easily.

      The pick up of the vehicle was well communicated and first ****** was very informative, fast, and answered my questions. The car got there ahead of schedule which is fine. It might help your customer satisfaction if the updates were better aligned with delivery (it continued to convey to me vehicle would be delivered Saturday despite it having already been dropped off Thursday and receiver telling me he got it). Thank You, would use again.

      It was great! Our cars arrived from **** to our place in ******** in perfect condition. The only comment I would make is that we wish there would have been a little bit more communication during the whole process.

      I had actually hired a different auto transport company who charged me one price and then upped the price when they "couldn't find" a driver without it. Then, they kept pusing back the pick-up date so they wouldn't be able to fill the contract for delivery. So, I called RoadRunner to switch to their services in hopes that they would be able to meet my goal. They told me they could try but not to get my hopes up since it was last minute. And then they did it anyway!I highly recommend their services. ******** was very helpful. He gave me realistic expectations and offered guidance for the services I would require. He filled me in on the industry's *** and downs and still gave outstanding service. I would definitely use them again.

      Great company to deal with. Driver that picked up my car him and his wife were very professional. Even wanted to walk to my house cause car carrier could not drive on my road cause of a weight limit.Excellent professional and ***************************************.

      The driver picked up my vehicle rather late at night after telling me one time. However, the driver arrived and he was extremely nice and professional. He promised me my vehicle on a Friday and it arrived a day early. There was constant communication the entire time my vehicle was being transported. I am truly satisfied with my experience. I was recommended to this company and I was not disappointed. Thank you
