      Booked an online price only to receive a call day prior to the vehichle being picked up that it would be an addition $125. Had to have the vehichle to it's destination by a certain date so they back you in a corner where you have no other choice than to pay the extra money. After vehicle was picked up i tried to get updates on when it would be delivered. Nobody answered the phone. Attemped at least 20 calls then gave up. Vehichle was finally delivered however their website just shows picked up and no status that it was in transient or it had arrived. Felt complutely duped by V2 Logistics doing business as Roadrunner.

      I am satisfied with the service I received from this company. Pick up was on time as well as drop off. The price changed from the original quote. Kept me informed on the process from start to finish. I would recommend this company.

      Awesome expedited service on same day service by The Roadrunner team. Complement to the driver on his performance for making it happened. . My only concern was notification was rushed and payment was handle different than what was discussed, however it did plan out. Thanks to The Roadrunner Team from a satisfied customer that will recommend your service highly.????

      Terrible. Quoted me $650 for a 400 mile delivery. Then 3 hrs later told me it would be $780. I canceled and decoded to think about it. Called them back 30 min later and they reinstated my ticket. No calls or communication over the weekend. They call me two days later on a Monday and now instead of $780 its $850. Between two call backs it basically went up $100 each time. The customer service was rude and not professional on top of everything. I will never use them and I will make sure to let family and friends know to avoid them.
