    Ordered 2 items for a gift. Next day rec’d confirmation of just 1 item shipped. Item still not received 2 weeks later. Still no confirmation of other item shipped.     They refused to refund the two dog beds as I had to pay for the shipping and the package was "lost". There is no contact information as it is a chinese company that has been contracted out to pretend it is an american company

    ORDERED ITEM AND DID NOT RECEIVE ITEM. GOT AN UPDATE FROM *** THAT THE THEY HAD NOT RECEIVED THE ITEM. EMAILED BACK AND FORTH SEVERAL TIMES ASKING TO CANCEL ORDER, WHICH THEY WOULD NOT ALLOW ME TO DO. THE LAST EMAIL SAID I WOULD HAVE TO REFUSE THE ITEM DELIVERED.

    I ordered 2 things from FunnyFuzzy and emailed to see the status of my order, online it states it is in process for an order that I put in on 6/26/25. I again, reached out to them to refund my money and haven’t heard anything. There is no phone number for customer service and the only way to reach out is by email, with no responses.

    The company finally reached me and wanted to give a discount for the troubles and I rejected and wanted the full amount.  The full amount was refunded.  Thank you for your service as they didn’t communicate prior to me reaching out.

    I ordered a dog bed that was supposed to be delivered by June 7th. I have reached out several times, and it still hasn't arrived. I have been repeatedly told it would arrived soon, but it hasn't.

    I ordered a dog bed from the company FunnyFuzzy. I ordered it on July 15th. I have sent them four emails regarding my order, and no one had gotten back to me. When I use the email I was sent for confirmation, the website is no longer available for me to even see my order. I would like to cancel and refund my order because I now think this was a scam. Thank you to whoever helps me with this.

    I've now been having a back and forth with the customer service team for weeks. Not only did it end up taking closing to a month to ship/be delivered (ordered in mid May finally delivered almost a month to the day in mid June) - but then when it arrived it was not the correct measurements. I ordered the Jumbo Plus size and always meticulously measure dog beds to ensure they'll fit (in this case my dogs and the car). Not only was the height 5 inches shorter than advertised but the length was as well. When I pointed this out and asked for a return, customer service claimed it wasn't an issue of quality so I would have to ship the return myself (to china). They are refusing to waive the shipping fee for the return nor have they even shared the return address with me.

    I placed an order on April 21, 2025 for a Dog Princess castle. I paid extra for shipping protection. I spent 201.53 and I have never received the item or tracking number. The company said they could not provide a tracking number or a refund which violates their shipping protection plan and their company policies on their website.

    I ordered three pet car seat covers from this company on June 14, 2025. The total amount of the transaction was $155.03. To date I have not received the products I ordered. I have tried numerous times to reach out to this company and have not received a response. This includes emailing the [email protected] address that is at the bottom of my receipt. I received an undeliverable message. I also tried reaching out to [email protected] which keeps sending me Marketing messages. That proved unsuccessful as well.
